My wife and I stayed at the Metro Hotel for a few days in July 2025. We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

Two minor issues, the temperature in the room was a little too hot and I could not find any other way to regulate it if not switching off the radiators. Also internal noise insulation could have been better. But really minor inconveniences in the overall very good experience.

A very comfortable stay at the Metro Aparthotel. Property is very much in the center and within walking distance from anything one might need. Room I booked was very comfortable, spacious and the mattress very much in line with my preferences (so quite hard). Bathroom also very well fitted, excellent shower with great hot water pressure despite being on the fourth floor. Good bathroom amenities. There is a microwave and kettle and the basics to warm up a meal. No stove. Overall a very good option in Odesa.

Really lovely location and big room with kitchen area - so reassuring to have a generator too although the power was ok in Odesa during my stay. The man on reception is really kind and helpful so that was really great too.

I liked everything in this city and in this hotel. People are awesome and city is beautiful

I really loved location of this hotel. It's located 20 minutes from the beach and maybe 5 minutes from Derybasivska Street, which is one of the main streets in Odessa. This is a street where you can find some groceries, fast foods, but also an excellent restaurant such as "Pasta & Pizza" or many wonderful historical monuments such as the opera house. And for everyone who wants to visits Odessa, you really should go to visit the "Odessa Catacombs", which takes 2 hours but is very interesting But if I have to say something about this hotel inside... I really liked the staff who always helped me when I needed, and also how the room I was staying looked like. It was amazing... it had a bathroom, a kitchen sink, fridge, a TV and, above all, a big bed that was very comfortable. and also a balcony with a smaller seating area.

I was traveling with my dog - was not a problem at all to stay in this hotel. Nice, big comfortable apartment for a good value. Good infrastructure. Olexiy was the best! It was a good idea to choose this place.

There was no cooking area to prepare anything as there is barely any African shop or restaurant around. So I starved literally.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and patient considering I do not understand local language.
