All. It’s my second stay and I am making it my first choice when I stop in Lviv.

We arrived by taxi, so we didn't have a problem, but it looked like parking might be a little bit of a challenge.

This is a gem of a place. A new building with modern facilities. Reception 24/7, very friendly. Lift(elevator) large, modern, clean and fast. Room spotless, with fabulous en-suite and copious hot water shower. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, modern and the best service ever

Some things are broken here and there. We discovered that our room safe didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so they upgraded us to a better room that had a working safe. But there some lights were broken. But overall nothing major.

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood near the train station and it's easy and quick to get to when you arrive to Lviv by train. The team is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is quite good. There's also a affordable late checkout option.

I wish I spoke more Ukraine as the front desk struggled with English. But they weren’t rude about it, unlike some other hospitality staff at other venues.

I liked everything. To make it to 10 points I'd add some nice lights in the rooms to make it more cosy :) breakfast could use some variety. However all of this is just when you look closely to find minuses. Otherwise it's great hotel. Staff,location,rooms and food,all great. Stayed there for few times already.

It was very good and clean. Bathroom was modern clean and nice.

Helpful stuff (I even got lunch box for early departure and thermometer), well organised room (spacious, warm floor in the bathroom, table and big wardrobe), bottles of water were restocked every day, the whole hotel looks very modern even though it was established in 2021. Cool terrace on 5th floor.

Breakfast could have more choices. The air quality in the neighborhood was good but became smelly along major road approaching the city due to car exhausts. A face mask can help.

The breakfast was adequate but limited choices of hot food perhaps typical for continental hotels. The location is in a residential area that is quiet. Walking from Train station is about 20 min but some uphill effort at the end. Walking to town is manageable 30 min. Good to have a small convenience/grocery shop two min away. We were delivered and picked up by a friend and parking is convenient. Communication with staff was easy. They are friendly and provide good information including where to go in case of emergencies and sirens (air strike).

Amazing and helpful stuff. Their night warm meals it is something special. They saved us with delicious borschtch at 01:30 am

Nothing to complain

The room is pretty big, well-equiped and has everything necessary for the stay. There is a parking space in front of the hotel but not very big so there is the chance there will be no place for your car if you arrive late (though I was able to find a parking slot nearby). They also have a decent night menu which saved us because we arrived around 12 pm and were super hungry. The breakfast is pretty good.

Quiet location, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, always ready to help. Personally I will prefer this hotel over the others I’ve ever stayed in Lviv.

Decent hotel! Nice staff. Perfect location if you have a car - there is a parking lot. Also, if you wish, you can walk to the center in 15-20 minutes at a calm pace. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Comfortable room size, high ceilings. Clean. Very tasty breakfast!
