The position is just fantastic, literally steps away from the National Theater; also, the staff has been very kind and helpful. Should I go back to Odessa, I'd return there.

The place was cunningly hidden - there is a large sign on the door with a different hotel's name and only a tiny plaque bearing the name Lift (see photo). There were no staff on site, they can only be reached by phone. However, a young woman showed up promptly and did her job well. The room was split-level - definitely not easy access, with a steep and narrow stair leading to the bed.

The location was superb, just around the corner from the Opera House and on a street lined with cafés, bars and restaurants. My room faced the yard - not a great view, but I imagine the street side gets a fair bit of noise in the late evening. Off-season, the price was ridiculously cheap.

Nice hotel at the city center and proximity to the pedestrian area 👌 good value for the quality. I took a small room, no window, a cozy shower, and a great mattress. The personnel was very helpful and responsive to offer me nice canceling earplugs when the music in the club below was too loud (stopped at the curfue time).

The best quality bathroom tiling and detailing I've ever seen, at least in my room. That tiler is a genius and deserves a medal for top-notch work.

Hotel is quirky and fun, has multi-level rooms, and is very affordable. Centrally located, near many shops and restaurants, with secure access to building, foyer, and room. Staff are not on site at all times, but will communicate promptly in excellent English via WhatsApp and are happy to answer any questions.

At times, I heard some noise - wasn't sure if these were people staying at the hotel or elsewhere in the building.

The location is unbeatable: almost next door to the famous Opera House and many more sights, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Explanations from the staff were excellent (short videos). The place is secure, a nice and compact place to stay. Wifi worked properly. Friendly and efficient staff.

This is an amazing location in the heart of Odessa in an amazing hotel with all new features and amazing quality. Check in was easy, i had a great sleep. I've stayed before and i will stay again.

The smoke detector blinked in very bright green, so I had to buy a sleeping mask to sleep well.

It was one of the best places with not even a single negative experience.

The location is in the heart of Odessa. The hotel room I stayed in was small, but clean and it had everything and it was brand new. The administrator was super helpful and stayed in touch for continuous support.

Noise up to late , loud music, this place for people who like late dance parties- cos of club close to it…not possible to pay by card with a proper receipt for organizations. … parking - public parking if you will find free place. Hotel doesn’t have own parking

But I don't like check out time how the maid talk to customers to leave the room and i wanted only 15 mins for breakfast. I paid full on first day.but last day they have given some bad impression.and about if you finished your water amor toilet paper there is no staff to give you that.you go to one room and take it by yourself.Where is first impression with smile your last impression with honest smile with your customer.
