I feel the price was high considering the location. It's around 40 mins walk to the CDB, you can take a tram or a cab as well.

The hotel has underground shelter which might be crucial for staying now in Ukraine. Free breakfast is included. Water and coffee/tea is provided. The hotel staff was kind. A restaurant in the hotel works till very late and the kitchen in open till 3am. My personal recommendation is Ukrainian deruny (hashbrown). There are two outside private areas to relax as well.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a great variety to choose from. Our room was modern and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

There was a problem with the toilet in the room. Then, the door lock remained open, and even after demagnetizing the key, the issue wasn’t resolved. We had to change rooms, and because of this situation, we were late for our dinner reservation and missed the restaurant we had booked. Later that night, we noticed that the door lock in the new room was also not working properly, so we slept with a chair placed in front of the door for security. Also, be aware that parking must now be booked in advance — this appears to be a new rule.

Manager Marta handled all uncomfortable situations, so I leave 10 point only for her effort.

I liked everything

I didn't want to leave this place - it's cozy, clean and the people who work there are very kind and professional. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day - that's a big plus, you rarely find something like that!

The only thing I wish was better is the door to the room, it's very light and there is no security door guard from the inside -- would be nice to have a door that feels more secure.

They have security at the reception, the location is great, you have everything you need in the room, and access to a 24/7 restaurant with great food located just next to the reception. The hotel is new and fresh.
