Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesEverything. What I can say - hotel is beautiful, localization too but the most important value there is staff. I have some issues with “transportation” and need change date of my check in - stuff not only help me with this but send me car to pick me up from train station, and offer me ride on to train station when any car service wasn’t available to drop me off on another train. This people are angels and they create magic in that places.

United StatesThis is my second time staying at the Leopolis Hotel, which I love. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, the staff super welcoming and attentive, and the location itself perfectly situated for exploring Lviv. They also have a very good restaurant, which serves both traditional Ukrainian and contemporary fare. A highlight is their spa, which you can book for yourself or friends (so you have private access to the sauna, jacuzzi and showers) for approx $30 USD per person (for 2 hours) AND really great masseuses. My mother and I had a massage with Oksana and Valentina who were AMAZING. The last time I stayed at the hotel, in 2023, I also had a great massage. Highly suggest after a long day. If you are visiting during the full-scale invasion, the hotel is very good about making timely announcements whenever there was an air alarm, which alerts guests to go down into the shelter. The shelter itself used to house a cigar lounge, so it’s filled with comfy sofas, wifi’s, etc, so you can work or sleep till the air alarm ends.

I was sad to leave - what an amazing hotel! Everything was great - the staff with smiling and friendly faces when you walk in the door, the beautiful furnishings and tastefully decorated environment, the breakfast, the coffee (thank goodness!), the gym and the room…two of the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed in. I bought one of the small lions they have in each room, a signature of the hotel and symbol of the gorgeous city of Lviv. I was given a room overlooking a beautiful church and small square and woke up each morning with a smile. I could not have asked for a better experience. They helped me with everything I needed. Thanks Hotel Leopolis - I hope to see you again soon!

Amazing stay in the Lviv City Centre. Hotel was able to cook custom food for my wife that wasn't feeling good. Breakfast, coffee, location, hotel design and staff - everything exceptional!

Leopolis is in a quiet corner half a block from the main square. There are restaurants, bars and shops near by. The hotel appears to have been decorated recently, the decor is elegant modern. My room was spacious, very nicely decorated and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and kept impeccably clean, as was the entire hotel. Even the hallways and elevator have a pleasant smell. The breakfast buffet was small but had plenty of healthy choices for me. Lastly, the staff was top notch. They seem well trained to deal with foreigners and travelers. I appreciated the open eye-contact and communication that might not be common in this region, but expected in other countries. Avelina, in the front desk, stood out. She was so professional and extremely helpful. The hotel’s driver, I could not understand his name, was also polite and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
