Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandNice hotel at best location, right in downtown. You can walk to all major sights. Comfy bed, stylish room. They have rich breakfast in the restaurant with views to the city. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

United StatesHonestly, the breakfast could have been better. There was plenty to eat, but it wasn't that great and we ended up with indigestion. Also, the hair dryer in our room (557) quickly overheated and turned off until cooled down. This was a source of irritation, but not a deal-breaker.
The location is incredible and you are ensured affordable, private, guarded parking. The room was adequate and the air conditioning made our summer stay very pleasant. The blackout curtains worked well.

IrelandThe staff didn't seem to pay attention or perhaps they didn't care? When I went to get my breakfast I noticed that the two coffee machines had no coffee beans in them. I find it difficult to believe that both machines would have run out of coffee beans during the 2 or 3 hour period of breakfast service. The 'empty' machine was brought to the attention of the staff. They still weren't refilled by the time had finished eating.

United KingdomThe staff guarding the door to the restaurant was very officious, and even though the breakfast was already laid out, he wouldn't let people in until the clock struck 8. The hotel is dated, however, it is clean and comfy.
The location of this hotel is very good and comes with free onsite parking.

The breakfast looked superb, I can't say what it was like because I only went in for coffee. ( not a fan of Breakfast - rather have a smoke ). Staff were very friendly & helpful but with limited English spoken they still made you welcome and have a great sense of humour. 2 minute walk to the Opera house and the old town & markets/shops & cafes & bars. Kfc, BurgerKing, McDonalds 5 mins away if you are like them. Buses and Trams stops outside
