The breakfast line area is too small, requiring waiting or navigating through the crowd to assemble breakfast. However, we were still able to find food options we liked. Sometimes, it can be complicated to find a parking space.

We initially had a room with a pool view, but the noise level was uncomfortably high. Fortunately, we were offered a much better room with a mountain view. The rooms are stylish and clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and eager to assist. We were presented with fruits and champagne. It was nice. The spa is great as well.

I didn't like the neighbors above us being so loud and out of control, the first night we didn't say anything, but the second night we couldn't sleep so we had to call the reception and wait for about half an hour to get this resolved. Also, except for the "rimska Sauna", the temperature of the saunas were relatively low. It wasn't that hot. The same was for the Jacuzzi. The TV in the room (LG TV) wasn't a smart TV, we couldn't watch anything on it. I even didn't know how to turn the channels on.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was also excellent. The pools were a bit colder than I expected but were also good.

F&B building is the oldest one in this complex, and it may be seen in the rooms somewhere. Hotel is really cool, but from my point of view rooms in F&B building are a bit overvalued.

1. The SPA was located in the building opposite. 2. Restriction of children access under 12 years of age to the SPA entirely after 4:00 p.m.: no children's pool, salt room, etc - under 12 years of age are not available. 3. It is unfortunate that adults without children often sit in the children's pool. In this hotel it is really a children's pool, and not a jacuzzi, which is often used for a children's pool in other similar hotels. 4. Slight defects - the lid on the toilet, the door to the bathroom, the shelves in the closet, a hair dryer that overheats - can be repaired, so they does not affect the overall impression.

The room is clean, comfortable, quite quiet, warm. 5. Stable Wi-Fi coverage is available. 6. The hotel has its own 2 restaurants in different locations - both restaurants are very tasty. 7. There is an indoor pool in the SPA, as well as an outdoor pool near the hotel. 8. SPA - The children's pool had warm water 9. SPA - The adult pool also had warm water and a comfortable depth.

many buildings and hotels in the area including construction of new facilities which do block your view of the mountains especially from your room… but once outside or on a higher floor you will have nicer views.

To have a good swim in the pool inside spa - attend before 10am or after 4pm. In between it is very noise with children and very busy. Next time would be better to book a room with panoramic window instead Attic Room under the roof with the tiny windows :)

In our minibar two sparkling water bottles were found leaking. We were calling reception but no one responded, thanks cleaning ladies were coming around so we asked them to check it and clean. The lights were not working too, however cleaning lady also called electric staff and fixed it up. Sometimes they were more helpful than others.

location is good, not far from the center, wonderful spa center included, as well as delicious breakfast, not too specific or extraordinary but quite worthy. outdoor pools.

Rooms for children to play with could have been better. i never saw kids in there, and it makes sense - they were not properly suited for any age.

I loved the breakfasts, best I've ever experienced of all the breakfast buffets. I really enjoyed the restaurant, and the pool. The view was pretty great.

We had a BUG in our toilet paper that we were using! The hotel only response was sorry… The hotel description on booking.com clearly states that they have an outdoor pool and sauna (besides their indoor facilities) but the Infinity pool was closed during our stay and the second pool was very cold, sauna outside does NOT exist. We specifically asked about the sauna at the reception and the lady ironically responded that we were looking at another hotel online. When asked about the two hot tubs/ pails outside the hotel, she responded they don’t have that, even if we could clearly see them from our room. Later they justified their wrong answer on the incorrect translation. Not professional at all! I do NOT recommend this hotel at all, the worst choice from our trip to Bukovel!

The construction in front of the pool, you at least could've put some bushes or trees in pots in front of it, to cover a bad view and the sand that was constantly coming to the pool area from the construction site. The bad smell from the sewer was also unpleasant. The SPA looks tired, some things like tiles or showers are falling off and apart.
