How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The floor in the living room is old, and with every step, it's creacking.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped 👌 with free coffee. What is great 👍

Need lighted sign near door and better photo with arrow. REALLY need to sand the floors to alleviate cat piss odor.
Espresso machine with exceptional coffee beans. Spacious room. Quiet except for creaky floors. Overall good value.

Directions for the final 50m could have been better. Use arrows on the photo of rear alley. Put a sign outside. Immediately greeted with the unmistakable odor of cat urine. The place was clean, but years ago the urine must have gotten into the floorboards and now can only be remediated with sanding the floor down. As an AirBnB owner with same problem, I know this is the only solution.

The accommodation is located in a very pleasant place, the owner communicates regularly with the client, gives up-to-date information. The big advantage of the accommodation is that there is a lot of privacy despite sharing rooms with other people. Great satisfaction with everything.

Nothing to complain about at such a price. But I would like to mention some for improvement or reference, just in case. Automatic sensor lights in free space may not always be convenient when sleeping. Thank you for hosting
generally an advanced and modern-style hostel in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk. Well designed custom-made bunk beds with curtain. I felt the bed was the most comfortable in my experience and had a generally broader personal space. bigger luggage locker. there are 2 bathrooms. drinking water in kitchen. responsive message. ( It may be OK to put more bunk beds in the room for better income.

The owner was asking about my duration of stay everyday. For travelers without a pre-planned schedule, it might not be the best option. Very small kitchen.
The location is at the city center. The owner speaks English, maid speaks English. Clean place.

Very cool hostel, excellent location in the very center, near the shopping center with Silpo and the Town Hall, price / quality ratio at the highest level. Expectations were greatly exceeded. Clean and tidy with all amenities. Pleasantly surprised, I liked everything.

There is no external indication of the location of the hotel, which is completely hidden. You have to call the staff to find out how to get there. There are no towels available (you need your own).
Clean, clear communication with staff, well equipped kitchen.

Impossible to find! No staff is there and they didn't give me a pass code or any description on how to get in. There is only a tiny sticker on the door to let you know where it is. They overbooked the room or something, so when I came home at night to sleep, someone was in my bed and I had to sleep on the floor. (I ended up not having to pay, which was only fair)

Absolutely not recommended! I made a binding booking for the hostel. The check-in time was given as 14:00-00:00. I got a private message via the booking app asking when I wanted to check in. I did not read this message because I was busy in the city. A short time later, I got a message from the host saying that my booking had been cancelled because I had not replied. I was advised to look for another place to stay. Thank you for this nostalgic feeling of having enjoyed Soviet service. My stay was booked bindingly, the contract does not provide for binding additional communication with the host. As a guest, I want to be flexible and not constantly check my messages or narrow the time window for check in confirmed at the time of booking. Of course, it was not difficult to find new accommodation in the hospitable city. But my mood was spoiled by the unprofessionalism of Ehostel360.
