I have been traveling to Kharkiv since 2016. The first and mostly club city hotel, where I prefer accommodation. The hotel deserves the money you pay.🇺🇦🧿👍

It is the first hotel I prefer to stay in Kharkov. Although it is a bit far from the city center, transportation facilities eliminate this disadvantage. All staff are caring and helpful. Thanks to those who carefully prepared the reception and breakfast. Long live 🇺🇦Ukraine!

The first night there was a heating problem. Taken care of and the problem was fixed.

My first hotel in Kahraman Kharkov. Breakfast is fine. I left the hotel at 06.30 in the morning with breakfast. Thanks 🇺🇦✌️

Little bit difficult to get to the location via city transportation services. Maybe it was more about the circumstances (war). Anyway, its not in the centre.

Friendly staff, clean and cozy room, fine breakfast. Great restroom. And for very acceptable price.

Breakfast could be much better. Now just a plate with 2 eggs, one toast and some buckwheat and sliced sausage. No vegetables or breakfast müsli or yoghurt. Noice from room underneath or same floor. Also from the road outside. Choose a room to the back.

Large 2 room "apartment" but no water boiler or kitchen but 2 room for a large family or 2 pair. Second bed was not so good though, a sofa. Coffee machine in restaurant made good coffee for breakfast. Easy access if you come by car, also good parking behind.

1.The room was bloody cold. The use of the conditioner to heat it was a joke: it makes noise but doesn't actually heat a thing. No extra blanket and pretty light cover made me struggle whole night to keep warm. I ended up having sore throat by the morning. 2. NO HOT WATER. Using hot water tab gives you mildly warm temperature, good to wash your hands but cold to shower or God Forbid to have a bath. 3. WiFi is another disappointment. The whole time the signal remained weak or no Internet connection at all. 4. The breakfast gives no variety. They don't even ask you what you want or how you want it. It's just cheap standard omelet with winner and bread and coffee.

The only negative for me was that the room on entry, smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, including in the bathroom. I had to open all windows and left them open all night to get the smell out. I didn't complain, as there are quite a few soldiers staying there, obviously on business or on a break, so they are the current heroes and need some flexibility. I would suggest just checking to make sure you get a non-smoking room.

My first time staying here and I have rated based on the experience and also the current climate during the war, as it obviously impacts things. Firstly Alexey on the front desk, absolute champion! He provided great customer service, helped with a lot of information and recommended an awesome Georgian restaurant for dinner delivery and it was superb. Gave him a big bro hug on departure and will stay in touch. The place itself is a little old school, but it was clean and comfortable, room was large, breakfast was a set menu, but okay and a small bar area to sit and work or have a beer and eat. Pretty easy to access off the main road and there is onsite parking. Okay place for a quick nights stay. Star for me though as I said, was the staff 10/10.
