Pool is a little small.

Great hotel, very good food and staff. Convenient access and neighborhood. It's quiet and close to everything at once.

The minor problem is the breakfast included: it is a usual buffet, but the choice is very limited. There are 5 traditional breakfasts that you order (like pancakes or omelette) and the buffet with toasts&buns, cheeses, salad, sausage, and fruits. Not varied, if you ask me, so for traditional cuisine you'd better search elsewhere (or pay for it in the restaurant).

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. The mountain view room is worth all the extra money - you get amazing view on the mountains near the hotel. The kitchen is great, and a la cart menu is impressive - we ate dinners in the restaurant of the hotel and there was no single time when the dish was not tasty. The bar is great as well, highly recommend their bloody Mary cocktail. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. On the territory there is billiards, pool, sauna and spa, all of the highest quality.

Furniture inside the apartment is not new, there are some spots of dirt, e.g., on the armchairs. You would expect clean furniture for such a price. Sauna and jacuzzi are quite expensive if you order it just for a couple, it could be more affordable for two couples or 4 friends. The personnel are quite bad at English so don't expect much if you don't speak Ukrainian/Russian.

Nice and spacious apartment with kitchen and bathroom, there is all you can need. Kitchen equipment is ok. Just great breakfasts with buffet included in the price for the apartment and there is a wide range of options what you could eat for every day. The personnel are nice, helpful and professional. Every day cleaning the apartment. Nice sight from the window. Warmed swimming pool included in the price with slippers and bathrobe. Possibility to order a private sauna and jacuzzi. Tasty food in the restaurant, shisha.

Cheap in-house ski rental. Close to Bukovel center. Located right on a main highway, so basically once got off the bus l, you’re in front of hotel. Nice warm pool(free). Good sauna.(need to pay). I advice to pay for breakfast during booking, because those breakfasts are amazing.

I think the most important thing is the kindness of the staff. In this case, in addition to the kindness of the staff, the accommodation conditions are excellent: impeccable cleanliness, linen changed whenever necessary, friendly design. The heated outdoor pool is great after a day of skiing but not only.

Our stay was perfect. The swimming pool was the centrepiece of our stay. It is perfectly heated regardless of the time of the day or weather; therefore, we spent most of our time chillaxing in it. Even at night, when the temperature was approximately 12 degrees after the thunderstorm, the water temperature in the pool was so hot and welcoming that it took some willpower to leave that pool and go to sleep. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Additionally ,there was a picturesque view from our balcony.

The hotel really exceeded expectations. compact, comfortable and very clean area. Fantastic courtesy and willingness to solve all problems by the reception staff (Tetyana and Ruslana). Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Incredible restaurant with chef Dima who (I really don't understand this) has still not been poached to Kyiv or Europe. Thank you! everything was awesome.
