During the rest everything was great

Its VERY VERY GOOD new hotel !!! There is small café on the first floor where you can choose delicious breakfast and latter dinner. Rooms are relative small but clean and comfortable. Rooms are very warm with heated floors. An ideal location of the hotel gives an opportunity to reach ski lift nr.1 There are free parking in hotel. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for superb staying for our family.

One of the days the steam sauna didn’t work, but nobody’s perfect :)

Very comfortable and clean room, facilities, nice spa with a swimming pool, and sauna. As a family with 1.5yo kid we really enjoyed the swimming pool for kids, elevator to our 5th floor, large playing room at the 2nd floor, etc. Also the restaurant was nice, cozy and had variety of tasty meals. The staff was very friendly and it added to the great impression overall.

The location of the hotel is great and very close to the ski lift N1. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant with nice service and delicious food. Very convenient room for the ski equipment where you can dry your boots and etc. Overall, very positive experience.

Good value for a reasonable price. Comfy rooms and tasty food. Indoor swimming pool with a pool for kids is definitely a great idea!

- location, proximity to the shops and bus station - spa and European cuisine restaurant available at the ground floor - terrace bar on the level 6 - caring and professional receptionist - restaurant meals could be ordered straight to the rooms at no extra charge

Quite noisy, there is no socket next to the mirror and no towel hooks next to the basin.

Great location, modern comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant downstairs with European cuisine and moderate prices, splendid SPA center which you can use all day long for just 10 dollars. Our corner balcony had the view on the center of Bukovel.

Spa was a bit overpriced for its size, but yet its a good to have for relaxing. I had bad experience with the food, but I understand that the food comes from the restaurant on the first floor that is a separate establsihment. Also a bit of bitter aftertaste that after leaving I was notified that takeaway food had included a discount, while reception did not mention this in anyways and just informed us that delivery to the room was free of charge. Its a few steps to the restaurant and takeaway definitely worths it much more.

The overall experience was decent. I can't say luxury but rooms were just fine. We had a view from balcony that was really nice. The hotel offers Parking for the residents which is great to have. Staff were kind and even offered a promocode upon leaving for next visit.

Very noisy neighbor hotel guests. There are some signs of age of the hotel, like door knobs and faucets. I booked 2.5 months in advance, but when I confirmed my check-in hours 3 days before my stay, I received a phone call from the hotel, and they told me that maybe there was some system failure, and they have my stay dates one day later. I had to book another hotel for that first night. I don't know whose fault was this, the hotel's or booking.com, but the hotel gave us a free one-day pass to the SPA as a compensation

A bit too expensive, but close to the 1st lift and bus station, so cant complain.

Very clean, friendly staff, fast service. We took a room with a balcony, but there was no point in it for us. The view from the room was ok, not a splendid mountain view, but some trees are still better than a view on a construction. We knew about the sink in the room so it did not bother us at all.

There is no borscht in the cafe, huge minus) You can connect to the TV control of neighboring rooms on the phone by accident or purposefully. It gets messy sometimes

Really well thought, modern design with warm textures, natural wood, custom made lighting fixtures, big desk. Big window with great view on the mountains. Bidet function in toilet and shower with thermostat are nice. Android TV is nice. Location is great - literally 5 minutes to everything you need, 15 minutes to the center by foot. Nice cafe to eat and the bar on the roof.

We stayed on the 5th floor, the constant noise from the bar above (probably someone was moving chairs) made me will a bit scared. The bar has panoramic windows, so it’s really cold in this area, I had to take my coat for breakfast. The room was cleaned , but the dirty plates from the bar weren’t taken away. Do not recommend the ginger tea at the bar as well

The hotel is modern and clean so far. Spa, super close location, no need to take a cab. super helpful staff, the waiters are very polite and efficient, acceptable breakfasts, great that you can order them to the room, no blackouts
