I did not like noise coming from other rooms, you can hear what the other person is saying in another room, let alone the tv. Also the bed was not auper comfy and electricity in sockets was switching off as soon as I turned on some appliances.

I liked the food, restaurant was great, also the location, staff were helpful. Size of the room was comfortable as well as shelves, good shower etc.

At booking.com website it said that breakfast is included in the price - I choose the more expensive booking alternative precisely because of that. However, in the morning the restaurant said that they didn't have a breakfast booked for me. Hotel reception desk was sure that breakfast wasn't included in the price I had paid. Price itself was very small, and breakfast was good, so paying double I don't mind at all, but I don't like extra hassle.

Good location, own entrance to street not great for everybody. According to luggage motel-style and very convenient. Really nice bathroom.

No sound insulation at all, there was no feeling of separate space. No option if buffet breakfast, they have inly preselection of 6 options for a specific time you pick .

Location is very nice, close to the city park and main pedestrian street. Cleaning is very thorough.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed there in 12 months, and it has not improved. I canceled a future reservation after this last stay. (Room 306) Showers need work, plumbing is loud and the toilet water continually makes noise, same as previous room I rented. The website says there is a takeaway food special from the restaurant, but they said this was fake and did not honor the website's discount. Overall, a lot of improvements need to be made to the rooms and the service, after that it would a solid 3 star hotel. Front desk, night guard and staff have very little English skills. Concerted effort from the staff in customer service would go along way.

The shower was a bit broken and hot in the room. When I asked if they could bring breakfast in the room - the receptionist told me that it was served only in the restaurant. Some guests were very loud in the evening, so I could not sleep well.

Good price and location. It was an evening of live music, I was really enjoying it.

The booking.com site says there is a shuttle available. However the hotel does not offer one. Nor will they arrange for a pick-up at the bus station, even when requested.

They have generators, you will not notice any blackouts there :) Nice personnel, clean rooms with a bearable desk to work on. It was warm almost always, and it was a great location.

bed is not comfortable, water in the shower room is slimy. Breakfast has only 4 options and you have to inform them night before otherwise they will not serve.

No bedside lamp in the rooms. Services not amazing, had to go pick laundry directly from the laundry room and look for my clothes. Did not receive breakfast on the second day because we had to re-confirm our breakfast choice everyday, except this was not shared with us, so we ended up with no breakfast, and when we got coffee, we were charged for it...

Good location, some nice staff, very good food.
