Spectacular view from the panoramic warm pool - perfect to chill when cloudy or a bit rainy. Very good SPA zone 👌. Room was very big, well designed and equipped. Perfectly served breakfast. A lot of facilities for biohacking. In short- we spent excellent time there.

I don't have any complaints. The prices are quite high, but you have to pay for the good service

The best breakfast I've experienced in hotels was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We ate in the same restaurant throughout our stay, but breakfast was definitely the highlight of the food. There are plenty of activities available, so you'll never be bored. My favorites were the outdoor pool and the spa area. I also recommend getting an InBody check while you're there.

Swimming pools Only the infinity pool was actually heated. The others weren’t warm enough. Yes, the staff showed me the pool temperatures, but they only measured the surface. The actual feeling when you enter the water doesn’t match the numbers. I have something to compare it to — for example, at Nemo in Odesa, they claim 32°C, and it really feels like at least 30°C. Here, the spa’s adult pool was claimed to be 32°C, but it felt more like 25°C. The outdoor pool was said to be 21°C, but it felt more like 15–17°C.

Their territory, their restaurants, specially - Italian. One of the best pasta and pizza in my life. Their spa (except swimming pools).

on march 8th both the good restaurants... were fully booked... the staff didnt inform us that we needed to book ahead or else left without restaurant experience!

Not so healthy menu options for kids. A bit stuffy gym.

All the facilities, infrastructure and the whole design are just great. Spa, children facilities and ice rink especially. Great breakfast and restaurants. 👌

While the resort offered a lot of positives, the service level from the staff fell short of expectations. Many staff members lacked proper training in client attention, and their approach often failed to make guests feel genuinely welcomed. In the restaurant, the staff should be trained to function as waiters—ensuring used plates are promptly cleared and orders are managed systematically. Similarly, the staff in the kids’ room need to be more attentive to the children instead of being preoccupied with personal matters. Additionally, the restaurant menu could benefit from a greater variety of options. Unfortunately, these shortcomings in service limited what could have been an almost perfect trip.

The resort exceeded my expectations, offering an excellent experience overall. The facilities were not only comfortable but also incredibly convenient and thoughtfully designed. There was a wide variety of activities, making it an ideal destination for families and children. Every aspect of the stay contributed to a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

No signs of direction for most locations, hard to navigate. The road to the facility is very bumpy. On Booking was written that price is final but we had to pay tourist tax additionally.

Category of room provided in the description was not accurate - booked Mountain View however this was more parking and water park construction view. No availability for spa treatments. Doesn’t cater for internationals - resteraunt and spa in Ukrainian and not English. Personal manager only offered strange things, i.e. resteraunt reservation and not actually to solve any issues.

Territory was clean and new, very comfortable bed and very good breakfast.

don't go there when the kids are on school holidays . It's impossible to book a table at the restaurant. The restaurant is too crowded, and you'll have to wait in a long line to get a table. The same goes for the swimming pool. It's too crowded, so if you come after 3 PM, you won't find any free sunbeds

Nice location, a lot of attractions with kids, clean facilities, big rooms . The staff is very pleasant and tries to facilitate and help in everything
