The location is not that great. not in a god view areas , you will be the only one walking around specially if you come back late. it was safe but you feel strange when you only see big truck next to the port. it is in stone town but a big boring

The Breakfast offered only pancakes , fruits an coffee. You have to buy water or any other things but there no varieties. Seating place for breakfast was not fine, could not feet 10 persons. The first room we got has an issue with the bathroom, they did chance us to next room that was much bigger and nice

Because of the more remote location the last part of the road is a bit dark for a standard tourist

The beddings and towel did not have a properly washed scent and looked stained. The rooms smelt of dust most likely from the curtains. The breakfast consisted of a handful of things and not a variety (bread, pancake/chapati, salad, pineapple chunks, Rosella juice, tea, eggs). The sink to wash your hands was located outside. The dishes were not properly washed up and the food area smelt of dust from the unwashed tablecloths. The powdered milk was getting refilled only quarterly. There was maintenance getting done involving drilling past 10pm which was very inconvenient especially with small kids.

The location is convenient for activities within the city. The staff were friendly. The hot water tank worked though for a big family the water would get cold before you’re all done. The room was big enough.

They don’t have bins in the rooms, no coffee station in the rooms as well. The night guard was so drunk, he could barely walk properly nor speak. So the security during the first night was questionable

They could provide kettle and cups in each room. Also provide some hangers for clothes. Also it would be good to have a glass or two in the bathroom next to the sink for guests to place toothbrush/toothpaste.
