For the charge the room could have been a bit better and bigger with more modern facilities. My room was so far out with a view of the water tanks but oh well hakuna Matata! I still enjoyed my stay regardless

I loved the location. It’s right at Nungwi beach so you can access the ocean at any time and also book excursions easily..you will see the most beautiful sunsets as well..I also loved the fat fish restaurant on the grounds. They had good food this awesome band play one night and it was a beautiful experience.

The WiFi was horrible. There was barely connectivity in the rooms. You had to sit at specific spots to be able to have a good WiFi connection.

Some of the people in my group thought the hotel was dirty I was fine with it it’s not 5* but clean and comfortable. Some rooms without views and ver depressing with small windows. Would suggest pool or sea view

This has nothing to do with the property but just as a general review, there is too much street vending around Nungwi area and one cannot have a peaceful walk around the area.

The staff were very helpful and very well coming. The property is located on the beach front as advertised and presents easy access to the beach activities. For the price and what services one receives, I would highly recommend.

Amazing place right on the beach! I already miss sitting on the terrace, enjoying a delicious dinner, sipping a cocktail, and watching the sunset — such a perfect vibe. The breakfast was great, with good menu options throughout the day, and we appreciated the happy hour on drinks. The rooms were very cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — we used both the laundry and transfer services without any issues. It’s also in a fantastic location if you want to explore nearby bars, restaurants, pick up souvenirs, or head to the supermarket.

The beach bungalows was amazing. Absolutely delicious Vegan options. We loved the place. Close to many tours and at good rates. Value for money. Busy area so it is not quiet.

Mosquito nets provided didn't cover the beds.. doors didn't seal correctly letting in mosquitos. Room was very small for the price you pay. Found better value for money the next day.

Good location and I believe they fumigated the room before we entered. The staff weren't friendly at first but became better. I didn't use the facilities but they had a pool and a restaurant on site.

They do not have phone in room for house keeping services. Every time you need to go reception to ask any such small thing. They should keep an intercom for house keeping.

On one day our room wasn't cleaned until after 3 pm, after that I asked that it be cleaned in the morning. That is not as staff issue but is management's responsibility. I had to wait almost an hour for a maintenance person to show up after my room key broke in the lock. One morning there was no hot water in the shower.

We stayed for 4 night and our room was right on the ocean, not huge but comfortable for two people. The balcony was great with some sand to walk out on. The air conditioning worked very well. The food at the restaurant is great and provides big portions.
