Australia-When we first arrived the room and the hallway stank very strongly of cigarettes and a lighter was found in the bathroom. I despise smoking and it was frankly disgusting! After airing out the room and by the second day after the housekeeping came, the smell mostly went away, but could still catch a whiff of it now and then 🤮 I hope whoever stayed previously was fined heavily. -There was not really a reception to speak of, the check in and out is through a machine. -Be warned that the hotel is right across the street from a 24hr animal hospital, we were woken by a very anxious dog early in the morning. -Other than that it really is a very decent hotel.
-Really great location in a prime area, only 10 minute walk from the station and next to the Ningxia night market. -Also plenty of cafes and restaurants around. -The room was spacious and clean. -The noise from the street is blocked out 90%. -The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a big spa bath, enough for two people. -The house cleaning came every day and replaced everything.

SingaporeThe jacuzzi is a bit redundant for family and not suitable for senior persons. When I booked the hotel, I thought it should at least have a shower tray but there isn't.
The location of hotel is 10 mins away from MRT station. Hotel is clean and bed comfortable. Room size good for 3 persons. Toilet with bidet is what my sisters like. Near Ningxia night market.

Location was good to explore this part of taipei. Very close to main train station. Lots of dining options and groceries on the location. Clean and spacious room. Self Checking-in process is so easy. Self Checking-out is so fast.

United KingdomCheck in experience was not so good as the hallway is small and there's only one machine to do so. When there were a few parties waiting to check in that makes the space quite packed with people. Would have been nice to offer free luggage storage for stayed in guests. Slight inconvenience when the room card is needed for entry to the building but only one card is given for the room. The bath tub was massive but would have been great to have a step to go inside instead of needing guests to climb in- bit dangerous.
Fabulous location- easy access to the night market as well as MRT station- around 5-10 mins walk on flat ground so even with luggages it's possible. The mattress was nice, room is on the small side but sufficient for a few nights stay. The price is a good deal for the location and what the room has to offer

Singaporechecking-in is at 5pm onwards which is not the usual practice by almost all hotels in the world. need to pay additional charges per hour if you need to do early check in. I consider this as hidden charges that was not highlighted upfront.

SingaporeWas a bit hard finding the entrance to the hotel as the hotel front is not very obvious. Getting in the first time will require using the intercom to get in contact with staff to allow access. Slightly unintuitive. Otherwise, all is good
Location is extremely good. Just 10mins straight walk from Taipei Main MRT station (express -purple). It is also 1 min walk from Ningxia Night Market. A great variety of bus stops in the vicinity as well .. Hotel operates as a low-contact hotel. Check in and out is fully no contact. The room with view comes with a bathtub too and it is one of the bigger/comfy bathtubs I've experienced. Love it. The toilet also comes with a fully automated bidet and it works miracles. The seat is also automatically warmed too
