It was clean, on the lake, had a good view

Apart from a small bfast, there are no other facilities at the home stay, not well located from eating facilities near by, have to drive atleast 15 to 20 minutes to get a good meal

Exceeded all our expectations ! Beautiful views from the bedroom and breakfast room, the breakfast was delicious and different every day! The hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations ! There’s a path straight outside leading to the lake walkway which was handy. Highly recommended, thankyou for such a lovely stay!

Waking up with that view on the lake.. just leave the curtains open, it's fantastic. Amazing breakfast with that same view. Awesome room with double bed, large bathroom, little fridge, very clean. The owner and his staff were awesome, helped us rent bikes, get boat tickets with discounted prices. Free parking slot available 24/7 to park the car. I couldn't ask for more honestly. If there was an option to give it 11/10 I would give it.

The breakfast, as amazing as it was, was at the latest at 8:50 am, which is not that early to be fair, but still got me out of bed earlier than I wanted lol. I guess it forced me to enjoy the day longer :) Some hotels could give you more flexibility for breakfast time, so that is really the only negative point I could say !

Incredible stay. The hosts are so kind, friendly and helpful, and truly went above and beyond. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the view is the best thing ever to wake up to. The location is very convenient if you are arriving by bus, and they have free parking too. This has been by favourite place in Taiwan.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

Amazing lake view, very clean and fully equipped, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and generous for all three days of our stay, and we were always served extra meat/toast/drinks until our bellies were full. The host was incredibly hospitable, driving us to see fireflies one night, as well as to the bike rental station after checking out the last day. An overall phenomenal B&B stay, with all details executed perfectly! We will only stay here if we ever come back to Sun Moon Lake.

Delicious and custom order!

Really helpful owner who knows how to take care of his guests. The best food we ate in Taiwan was the included breakfast here.

At night a little hard to get a taxi or Uber ride from town back to the property.

The big room that even if not specified with lake view had some view, the silent airconditioning, the breakfast made at time convenient for us as we had to catch the 8am bus for Alishan. The gorgeous view from the breakfast room at the top of the building. The owners who are really helpful and dropped us to the bus station with our luggages. Everything made this short stay a very nice experience.

Nothing really

The property looks new, clean and in a very good location. I like a lot what they did to maximize the view by making most of the wall/window in glass. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view of the lake is just superb. Breakfast is very good and we already find it a big portion and yet they will gladly serve you more if it's not enough. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Just accross the street of the property is a private parking.

We find serving breakfast at 8.30am a little bit late. Most attractions open already at 8am.

The room was excellent, with the beautiful straight view to the lake and maybe to a wonderful sunrise if the weather was not so cloudy. The hosts were excellent, with a little help from google translate. They were kind and considerate, and were excellent cooks too. Will definitely give it another go in the future.

This B&B was a highlight of my trip. I got room with lake view. Room was beautiful, huge and super clean. Owner picked me up from the bus without me asking for it. Breakfast was delicious. I got advice on bike rental and my further trip. Amazing place, I definitely would stay again.

Clean, accommodating, great breakfast, nice view for floor 7. Family owned and operated, nice location 15 min walk from Shuishe center. Loved it.

A little hard to find. This is a b&b and not a hotel. “Mountain view” room means a street/city view room, which was misleading on booking.com. There will not be a view.

The host was excellent. He helped us so much and although he knew only a little English, he took the time and communicated to us through Google translate. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the area and helped with day trips and local restaurants.
