Not being able to use the elevator in certain time frames - not possible to go out before 8 am.

Lovely stay, clean comfortable room, we appreciated the refrigerator, electric kettle and lake views. Very kind, welcoming and helpful hosts.

We liked that the surrounding was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They went beyond the extra mile to provide good service. Room is cosy. Location is near Sun Moon Lake. 很棒！

We could hear the sound of the elevator from the room. Sometimes the air condition made whirring sounds.

Staff are wonderful 😊 We liked absolutely everything, we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. B&B is in a great position , a few mins walk from restaurants, shopping streets and pier where you can catch a boat. Also well marked out parking

It was perfect in every way

Love the hospitality by the family running the business. Provided tips that distrupted our plans due to rain. The room and beds are clean with a huge living room right beside the bedroom.

Will be great if some of the power sockets can be converted to accept international plugs and perhaps having self laundry washing facilities.

This lovely hotel is one block from the lake and the staff exceeded all of my expectations. From check in to check out the staff was helpful with all my needs. Each floor has a water dispenser with both cool and hot water, and most rooms have a partial view of Lake or mountains and some have balconies or lanais. (Lanai room is the best) The breakfast changed each day and consisted of eggs, potatoes, fresh fruit and vegetables. There is coffee and teas and breads and jam. The staff speaks some English and for any complex needs Google translate worked fine. The rooms and lobby area were spotless and cleaned each day. The showers had hot water with strong water pressure. the hiking trails and bikes paths are across from the hotel. There are many dining options 2 blocks away and a convenience store that is open 24 hours a day if you would like to buy anything. Many things to do from renting bikes, or mopeds, kayaks and shopping for local crafts made by the local tribe. I will definitely return.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation at all. Just a heads up though, food in Ita Thao is slightly problematic if you’re not into eating pig’s knuckles or beef noodles. The street food snacks are pretty average too. Highly recommend a place in Shuishe though ( Nomad Cafe ) which was fantastic food and service.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The area felt safe and the staff was open to suggesting good places.

The room was sufficient for our travels but there was not much view. For English speakers, they may not be able to understand as much.

A great place to stay! Tasty breakfast. Everything is decorated with care and love. Free parking behind the building.
