I did not like the fact that they don’t do daily room service. I didn’t need much but perhaps get the bins empty would be good.

The location is great surrounded by food places and the main Taiwan train stain so great.

Great location, about 5-7 mins walk to Taipei main station. There are a lot of street foods, mini marts and restaurants around the area. It's safe to walk around as there were many people. The place has laundry to use. They provided free cold water and hot water.

I didn’t expect to receive a room without a window. I also wasn’t expecting bunk beds.

They let me keep my bag there for 3 weeks which was very kind.

The wall are thin so you could hear the people outside the room.

It is located on the underground floor so there's a humidity smell and it is a bit claustrophobic because there aren't any windows.. The toilet is not very clean and the automatic door is open when you are nearby so you must be careful to cover yourself properly.

Location and respectful environment. Nice share area with coffee, tea and water.There is a fridge that gives you the possibility to have food there. You can keep your baggage before and after checking. Check out is at 12.

This is somewhat on me for not checking, but I didn't realize that the room I booked was the one with the loft. I normally wouldn't mind the loft bed as well, but my issues with it are that the ladder has very thin rungs, it's not easy to climb and given that it's metal, hurts quite a bit. I had to use my chair as an additional step to make the climb easier. The TV at the end of the bed is a bit of a problem if you're tall. I'm not the tallest person, but occasionally I will somewhat brush up against it. Not saying it's all bad, but in the future I would try to book the bed at the bottom had I known. The options to book are not the clearest to be fair, but they did also message me about it which I didn't notice, so again, partly on me, but I wish the listing was clearer.

The room was adequate. If you just need a place to sleep, it generally works well. Facilities are great though. The lobby area outside my room had ample space for you to just sit and chill and eat snacks you bought from the convenience store. Also has free coffee and tea (I think), but I didn't really use them, just to note if you need them. Microwave and fridge are also available. Area was just a short walk away from the main station, so it's easy to get around Taipei. And I love that it's somewhat near Xi Men Ding (about 10-15 mins). This is like a small bonus for a very specific set of people who cares, but if you play Pokemon Go, you can access 5 gyms from the hotel. :)

The room is very tiny, which is not uncommon for the area.

The bed was softer compared to most beds in Asia. Seems that hotels in Asia usually have firm beds. The location is great also!

The rooms are pretty small, and the lamp in our room wouldn’t turn off, we had to unscrew the lightbulb temporarily.

Great area, comfortable bed, great shower. Staff were excellent too.

Location - Walking distance to Taipei Main Train Station. Room though small but neat and tidy. Clean and quiet environment. Eateries and convenience stores around the corner only.

Hmmm there was no utensils for me to use when I was eating. Something to bear in mind. But they do provide coffee and tee for free .

I like the whole setup, think it’s one of a kind.
