Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanOn our first night, we were pretty annoyed by someone in the next room was talking and laughing loudly in the middle of the night. The sound insulation in the hotel was not great.
The location was good. It was near the Shuanglian MRT station. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We arrived a little early than check-in time, but the staff managed to find us a room.

Reasonable price at central location/MRT. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The basement entails a common room with game station, massage chair, treadmill as well as free flow of hot beverages, jelly and chips/crackers.

United StatesThe carpet in the rooms were dirty and need to be replaced. I considered changing rooms but there was not a big difference. As someone who prefers not to wear shoes in the room, it felt unclean. ( The room itself was clean and the cleaning staff do a good job. Just the carpet needs to be replaced.)
The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Having the ability to do laundry on site made things easy and the cafeteria has tea, coffee, and some small snacks readily available. The location was close by the metro and there are a lot of dining options nearby.

The basement has a nice relaxing area with snacks, tea and coffee provided . The location was great very close to the subways.

Hotel is at very good location, it 7 min walk from a MRT station that has connections all over the city. We stayed twice in a month at the same location & loved the convenience. It has a large hangout area with free snacks and drinks in the basement. Staff helped us find the our power bank that we had lost in the hotel.

PhilippinesWifi is super slow since we were staying for work. Chungwa Telecom 4G/5G signals were also bad, probably due to our floor location.
2/3 rooms we booked were nice, the room that was meh was just old and lacks furnishing. The lobby area is the best with free food, a massage chair lots of tables. You wont get bored while waiting at the lobby. Staff were friendly, especially the night staff. The location is good there's a lot of restos and shops

The snack area in the basement was well tended to, with homemade offerings like fruit jelly and braised tea eggs that taste even better than the ones from 7-11. The staff were very friendly and helped me with any issue, including once when a couple of rooms on my floor were being noisy late at night and I needed them to step in.

A very nice hotel close to the metro station of ShuangLian. The staff is really nice and helpful. They have a nice common basement area with games, free coffee and even food (tea braised eggs and different tastes of Jelly). The bathroom was very nice with a steam function and a very modern toilet.

JapanSoundproofing could be looked into. Fortunately the neighbors were quiet during my stay, but the sounds of traffic from the streets were quite loud. Also the bathtub was quite old, moulds on corners and cracks too, and the drainage was slow.
The overall atmosphere was nice and bright, modern style. The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. Bed was nice and firm, I liked it because I get backaches if it’s too soft and bouncy.

Excellent location. 5 minutes to MRT and there are many buses to take you to other attractions within a 10 minutes walk. There is a hostel-like eating/reading/gaming/interaction area at the basement with complimentary drinks and snacks.
