I received a text at noon (12pm) that I should re-confirm my stay before check-in at 15:00 or else they would cancel my stay. If I had been on an airplane at that time, I would've totally missed that message and probably arrived in Taipei with no place to stay.

Greatly located, there's a 7-eleven downstairs, 90 seconds walk from the MRT station, a couple of stations away from Nangang Exhibition Center. Great value at that price point, perfect for business trips.

No safe luggage storage space. Hallway noise is very audible . Cash only place and not family / kids friendly. Elevator can be quite small. Slippers are too thin

Stayed as large group. Location is great. Lot of amenities are available for self refill. Extra blanket does cost 100. Beds are low. And standard confusing Taiwan wording where double bed is just one bed and quadruple was for two beds.. rooms are usable. Payment was cash only. Would recommend for adults without kids as night time fun time noises can be quite audible in hallways. Would recommend for adults only who are staying for short stay and want easy access to subway and Taipei 101

It was hard to find , due to the name for non-Taiwanese speakers. It will be great to have an English sign outside the building. Otherwise everything was awesome

Great staff, close to everything. Few MRT stops from NANGANG, walking distance from 101, 7ELEVEN on the same corner, MRT station 10 meters.

The elevator is not in ground floor and I needed to carry my suitcases one floor. The entrance to the building is not clear at first.

The location is great, just two minutes from the city hall. The staff were responsive and helpful. Early check-in is available (not free)

The sound isolation is poor. You can hear the noise and conversation from other rooms.

The location is very convenient. The MRT station is just on the corner. There are many choices for food and restaurants in the area.

Great location, super close to the metro station and super tasty restaurants! There was a self check-in and check-out. Room was spacious and comfortable. Recommended this for a few days stay!

The pictures are slightly different from the ones on the internet. Is not a hotel but I not sure why the name it a hotel. More towards like an apartment build inside a hotel.

The location is excellent, just 1 min from City Hall Station and only 15 mins walk to Taipei101 building. There are many local restaurants around and has congrats stores close to the hotel.
