No soap other than bath gels. Bath gels were locked in shower so it can’t be used otherwise. No toothpaste supplied either. Bath towels were torn or shredded edges. Towels were little too thin.

Everything! Location was amazing as it is very near the Blue Line MRT + Brown Line MRT interchange so traveling around Taipei is super convenient. There are tons of shops along the street and lots of shopping options as well. The entire street is lively. Highly recommended to any tourist to pick this hotel for their stay at Taipei! I will 100% choose Wow Happy Daan when im back to Taipei.

The AC control didn't seem to respond/change when we tried to change the fan and temp settings. We were able to turn it on and off however. No other issues otherwise!

We loved our stay here! We picked this hotel to stay closer to relatives living nearby; the location is excellent. There is construction happening behind the hotel, but they shut down work before the evenings so noise level at night was fine. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The staff were nice and attentive. While they are generous about providing water bottles and tea bags whenever they make up the rooms, we tried to minimize using plastic by taking advantage of their water refilling station in the lobby. Bonus was being able to access their washers and dryers on the first floor, which were affordable.

Location is great. Room was smaller than I expected, but still sufficiently spacious to navigate a couple of big luggage. Bed is huge and very comfortable. The pillows were of good quality too. Room and bathroom are very clean, appreciate the bedroom slippers too. I was given a room that was noisy due to construction going on when I checked-in, but there was no other room available. The reception advised that I check again the next morning and she will help with changing to a quieter room. However, in the evening the construction stopped and it was quiet, so it's not a problem since I'm out most of the day. The next morning the same staff approached me at the lobby coffee area and followed up upon my request. While I don't need to hassle of moving room anymore, the attention to the needs of the hotel guest and prompt follow up is to be commended.

The furniture could use a revamp. Lots of touch-up paint marks everywhere. Many red marks on the bed's headboard and table. Not sure if blood or a previous paintjob. The bedsheets, blankets and pillow are clean but the mattress is stained and dirty.

The hotel's location is really good with many amenities like Macdonalds, 7-11, Watsons and other shops nearby. The train station is just a short walk away with an underground mall. The staff are really friendly and accomodated to my requests like hiring an airport taxi, carrying up a luggage rack and breaking currency for the coin laundry machine. Bottled water and amenity kits are replenished daily. The room and bathroom is generally clean

As of December-24 there is a big construction ongoing in the lot next to the hotel, so if you spend time during construction hours or plan to sleepy until late It can be a problem. Rooms are a bit outdated.

Excellent location, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and free coffee in the lobby area. The TV has many channels. The room is quiet although the hotel is in a busy area.

My child wasn't feeling well when we arrived. We would have appreciated for at least one room to be given to us. We arrived super early. We requested for an early check in only if possible. We weren't expecting for a super early check in but maybe 1pm onwards would have been appreciated since we were at the lobby waiting and they know that my 2 of my children throwed up. Anyway, the keys were given to us on the dot at 3pm. Anyway, the staff said we can only check in at 3pm. It's not an obligation on the hotel's part but would have been highly appreciated.

Location is very near metro station, bus stops, convenience store and major dept stores. We enjoyed the location though it's a bus or metro ride away from the main touristy area. This is a nice location with high end stores and good selection of restaurants. Gloria one of the hotel staff should be commended for hard work and dedication to the hotel. My child wasn't feeling well and throwed up in the lobby. She cleaned the area asap and with no complaints. I tried handing her a tip for her wonderful service but she refused. Such a nice lady. She was more concerned of my child's wellbeing and said it's her job and she's happy to be of service. More power to her.
