Our room was on the second floor with no view, as it faced a neighboring housing unit. While this didn’t affect our stay too much, it’s worth noting for those who prefer a scenic view.

Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is in a great location—within walking distance to Zhongshan Elementary School train station and close to the 1841 airport bus stop, which made getting to Taoyuan Airport super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby places to eat and the best transport options for our sightseeing plans. Check-in was smooth with a self-kiosk system that was easy to use. Would definitely stay here again for the convenience and hospitality!

We only used our rooms for sleeping, that's why we didn't stay much but if you like outdoor views, there's nothing to see much on the window since a condominium is in front of the hotel. There were signs of aging on the interiors and the pillows were not that soft.

The location was very nice. It was close to food establishments such as McDo, 7-11, local stores, & coffee shops. The room was spacious, however, on our other room, it was quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Although it was clean, the room by the bed was a bit shabby looking. There was a small desk but the light was way too bright to use over it.

The room was a decent size. The wifi worked okay. The bathroom was clean and neat. The only thing that was missing was a safe to lock valuables. The hotel building is in a small alley off a main street so it's very secluded and private. The hotel is near cafes and restaurants, including a McDonald's, and is reasonably near two MRT/subway stations.

My room cardkey kept on not being able to open the door. I have to keep going back and forth to ask fixing, yet still cant open the door even after change the card. Wasting my time and energy and got late to rest. Luckily my roomate arrive and can enter the room without using my own cardkey

The room would always have a bad smell! If it wouldn't be from the air conditioner, would be from the window! The localization and the hotel were nice but the surroundings were very old, dirty, noisy and smelly. Didn't like it.

It's easy to locate - it's close to MRT and Bus stations. The room is also clean and the hotel staff are friendly.

I stay on the 8th floor, and I have a huge luggage. But the lift only reach 7th floor, which means i have to carry my own luggage up to 8th floor using stairs.

I like the location, as there's lots of convenient store nearby. And I requested a receipt a day after my stay and hope they can send to Hualien, and which they really did, and staff were super kind.
