Has a bunch of amenities for someplace so affordable like snack bar with free unlimited refrigerated water that’s stocked every day as well as coffee machine and ice cream machine, free washer and dryer. Close to Taipei station

The room though small was well laid out with all necessary facilities. Everything from bottled water to softie cones to cup noodles and laundromat were free for use. Location very good.

The laundry facilities weren’t working when we were there, but the staff helped us find a laundromat nearby.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were amazing. Tiffany was particularly helpful in answering questions about the typhoon and calling our next hotel to communicate logistics. She really went out of her way to help.

There’s mosquito in our room, got bitten in the middle of nite. Other than that, love the comfort of the bed.

Nearby to mrt station, 8 mins walk to NUH hospital station, and they have free flow of coffee, cup noodles n snack bar, though we have no time to enjoy.

It has very good location, the room was spacious and has nice bathroom. Even though they don’t serve breakfast, their snack nook is open 24hrs which is pretty awesome. It’s also value for money plus the front desk staff are all accommodating. Whenever we ask for directions how to go to certain spots, they guide us with their maps and help us book for cabs too.

-Request for 2-3pm check-in which received a confirmation from the hotel via booking.com app but still room not ready upon check-in (arrived at 14:45) -Staff didn't have information about early c/i. When challenge they gave us a new room on lower floor instead (2nd) original room assigned on 5th -New room has no view and no window even it said city view. But u will be block by the other building on lower floor. -the way of handling this issue was not proper otherwise i will rate 10 of 10 of this property as everything else is perfect as said above.

Loved how friendly the staff and easy walking distance buses/MRT station. We got the windowless room but it was fine for us since we went out a lot. Think of it as blackout curtains LOL. Unlimited snacks and drinks and tea and coffee. We also love the ability to do our laundry for FREE. They also hold your luggage before check in or after check out of you wanted to which is super NICE

The bed was quite small for two foreigners. The toilet door doesn’t seal shut, so make sure you can share the sounds/smells of your travel buddy 😅

This hotel is in a great location, so close to the station and restaurants. We loved the free snacks and drinks, along with the free laundry facilities. The room is bigger than a lot in Taipei and had a small window.

The snack and rest area on the first floor was great! Unlimited and delicious snacks and water and ice cream. They were helpful for luggage service and for introducing ways to travel in the area for tours.

the bed was a tad small for 2 ppl and the walls was slightly moldy. could see waterproofing seepage on the wallpapers. might need a refresh. some things in the room didnt make sense too. eg, the huge ball light next to the bed that my mum kept hitting her head into.

2nd time staying at this hotel and i really enjoy the free mini bar at the 1st level. Location is great too. Walkable distance from taipei main station and ximending. the room size is decent too

It said has snacks and cup noodles in the evening but i cant see both two nights I stayed in the evening at 21:00. Somehow it is just a marketing.

Room is big but no window, the air con is too hot and it takes long time to cool down from 28 to 26 degree. Have ice cream
