Someone wasn't at the counter when I arrived around 3 pm, had a telephone number for contact but I couldn't call them since I only had an Internet-available USIM (no phone/text service); waited maybe a couple of minutes Although wasn't a problem for me, had 1 elevator

There is a mini flight of stairs before the lift. Meaning you have to carry your luggage up the 4 to 5 steps of stairs before reaching the lift door. There is a step up to enter your private toilet.

Right smack in the Zhongxiao night market. Very convenient. Can top up for breakfast since there isn't much stores opened in the morning.

Not only the rooms but also reception, stairs are not clean. No face towels. Breakfast is from some cafe. Not tasty at all. Minimum facility is provided.

The QUALITY IS NOT WORTH ITS PRICE: 1. NO STAFFS, even at 9:15 AM, no staff in the reception 2. I paid more expensive each day for the room with breakfast included, but the breakfast just included a cup of tea and a small sandwich/hamburger. 3. The room WITHOUT SOUNDPROOF My first time to Taichung, too disappointed, I'll warn my friends and family about travelling to Taichung

The room lacks adequate lighting and does not match the beauty depicted in the photos. The receptionist is not available 24/7, which poses a problem when urgent help is required. I waited a long time and tried to call the hotline when I lost the key, but no one answered. Although an emergency phone number was provided, it was unreachable. The room rates do not reflect the actual quality. I booked a room with breakfast included for around 1,300 Taiwan dollars per night, but the breakfast consisted only of sandwiches or hamburgers and water. The difference between the price of rooms with and without breakfast is 300 Taiwan dollars, which is unreasonable considering the minimal breakfast provided. Although you can choose a room without breakfast for 1,000 Taiwan dollars and add breakfast for an additional 100 Taiwan dollars, it essentially ends up costing 300 Taiwan dollars more for the same meal. I will not return to this hotel and caution others not to trust overly positive reviews online. I feel deceived. Additionally, the elevator is outdated and somewhat unclean. On the last day, I needed to check out early but found no receptionist available at 8:30 a.m., despite the hotel's claim that the receptionist is on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- no 24 hour reception, and the number they gave for emergency was useless, no one picked up phone. - indifferent Service attitude. - shower head did not work and I could not get any help on the 1st night. - they do not provide bathroom floor mat, and hand towels. We have to asked for them.
