We arrived quite early in the morning but could not check in earlier. There was no soap available so pack some before arriving. The communication with staff in English was not always easy but you get along.

Perfect location - very close to exit Z6 from the underground mall. The room had no window and was simple. The air circulation has to be turned on manually for fresh air, but if you get it you won’t forget it. Room was clean - nothing to complain about

Bathroom could have been cleaner but it was ok for a one night stay.

The location was handy for MRT access, closeby restaurants, and convenience stores. Staff were pleasant and could keep bags in the lobby after check out, although it was in an open area.

The bathroom had a funky smell. Especially in the shower so I think it came from the drain. Would’ve been more pleasant were this smell not here.

Affordable option without compromising cleanliness and comfort. Though a basic room it does have a flushable toilet and an enclosed shower. Location is extremely convenient as just a few minutes from the main station so you can get places.

Space is a bit limited but for the price and location it’s not bad. We could manage to leave two medium suitcases opened during our stay, just have to dodge around but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Great value for money. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Exit Z4 of Taipei Main Station so couldn’t be easier. Gave it high rating not because it’s a luxury hotel or that sort of thing but it’s got everything you need. The facilities are well maintained and functional. There are many street food stalls in the area, very convenient to find something to eat.

I actually cannot think of anything that I didn’t like. Air conditioning was great, room was squeaky clean, and the shower was AMAZING both hot and powerful.

Loved the complimentary water refill station and coffee making facilities in reception with free snacks always available. I was nervous about the size of the room from reading other reviews but actually I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. It was appropriate for the price and there was enough room for 2 people and not cramped. I feel the other reviews about size are a little unfair - if a larger room is your priority then book a bigger room at a higher price in a different hotel. Don’t put this hotel down because you think their rooms should be bigger. If they were the price would increase too ;-)

Walking into the room got this distinct smell hence we bought air freshener on our own.

Great location. Walking distance from Taipei Main Station. Friendly concierge staffs 24/7 available. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Did not use WIFI as we have unlimited data hence unable to comment on that.

I selected TO as it was close to the main station .. once you cross the street from K12 station exit and walk towards Mac Donald's, it's rite there .. the room i got overlooked the road and quite sufficient for 1 person.. the bed was comfy, given that I slept well. There are food stalls at the entrance of the building where the hotel is located..the location is convenient if u want to use the mrt or to/from from the APT. The hotel staff were very helpful , they heloed me as to which night market to go or how to reach places of interest. There is a hot and cold water station at the reception area that u can use along with some local sweets to taste .. overall, if u are looking for a good value and a central place to stay, this is definitely a good option ..

There isnt much facility within the Hotel. It is nested within a building, and the hotel occupied second floor. The lift takes a while to arrive, taking the stairs is a lot more convenient

The room was VERY minimalist. A lot of reviewers have commented on the friendliness of the staff. I didn't experience any great warmth or friendliness at all. Just functional. No breakfast. I stayed twice at the Check Inn nearby. Far more friendly staff and better value. I wouldn't stay again.

It would be better to provide some cups for us to drink from. We kept using the disposable cups in the shared area, which wasn't very eco friendly 🤔

Staff were super friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help answer my questions about delivery of items. They were also at the front desk at almost all hours of the day and very prompt to help us with requests :) rooms were simple but clean and new. Value for money at this price
