Very inconvenient to load and unload the luggage for a large group of people. We had to drag our luggage across the entire market place to reach the hotel.

Wasn't a dislike - but was not used to throwing used toilet paper in bin and not in toilet. There was a sign instructing not to throw so we just followed instructions.

Location was fantastic. Right at street market. Plenty of food options. Boat rides, paddle boats also at doorstep. Had lake view room. So very Beautiful. Would definitely stay here again if had the chance. Room was spacious. 2 queen beds. Just nice for 2A 2C.

We booked for 2 nights and it was an inconvenience to change rooms for each night. We didn't understand why we needed to change. Also, the parking spot was quite far from the hotel so it was quite troublesome to go and pick up the luggage from the hotel.

Location was perfect! We had a balcony from the room that overlooked Sun moon lake. Staff were nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was alright too.

Little down side is the noise at night from the space in front of the pier but it was calmed after 10pm. Also need to be aware as it's a bit further from the main road in, we got a bit car sick when reaching the destination.

Great location, right in front of the lake and easy access to shops, restaurants and shopping streets. Literally 5 mins walk (or less to the pier) and even walking to cable car station was nice and easy! The cleanliness and space was beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend it. Breakfast was nice and simple.

very hard to find as no English name , recommend to take more update picture on booking .com so we could find for the Chinese word that not clear on the picture now.

the location, in front of the pier , when going from pier , please turn right , hotel is in front of the first road, near the fruit shop. the Chinese elderly there is very kind , she support to call hotel staff in Chinese to guide me the way to hotel. Staff here are very nice as well that she try to find me and finally we could find the hotel

the bed is not stable, which is shaky that whenever my partner moves I was woken up.

The staff is very responsive, I received answers in a timely manner. Breakfast offers a variety of cousin, a nice combinations of Chinese and western style. The location is perfect, also provides private parking which is excellent! room is clean and price is reasonable, plus the lake view from our room is stunning! The lobby offers a good hangout spot with our friends.
