The quality of this hotel was very high. I stayed at a high level and with an amazing view to Taipei 101 tower. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed.

The size is too small. You can’t even keep a large suitcase open. No place on floor. I think it’s smaller than the sq meter described.

The room was location on the top floor of the building and was truly one of a highlight of my trip! The balcony offered an absolutely breathtaking view of Taipei 101, and I loved that the bathroom also boasted such a fantastic panorama. For me, a hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's part of the vacation experience, and this one certainly delivered. Breakfast if very good and free beverages from the lounge is a plus. The location was unbeatable, with countless restaurants and convenience stores just steps away. Being so close to Taipei Main Station made getting to all the tourist attractions incredibly easy. What really sealed the deal was the amazing staff; they were so helpful and even let me check in three hours early, which was a huge convenience. This hotel was definitely worth every penny!

Not a big deal, but we were told upon check-in that the mini bar was free, but it only had 3 small soft drinks in it. So probably not something to advertise, as normally mini bars have snacks, beer etc in them.

Such a nice treat for our last night in Taipei. Super comfortable bed, fantastic shower, all the luxurious extras and amenities (i.e. coffee machine, music in the bathroom, screen to watch TV while having a bath! etc). Definitely worth spending the money to get a really comfortable last night's stay. Great area of the city too with lots of cool shops and restaurants.

The hotel has a fairly large parking area with a mechanical multi-level car storage system, which is already inconvenient for hotels. If you forget something in your car, you’ll have to wait a long time for your vehicle to be retrieved. You cannot enter the parking area before check-in — the attendant won’t allow it, even though there is space near the entrance. There is nowhere to leave the car temporarily during registration. The street alongside the hotel is extremely busy. The hotel is tall, but there is no view from the window.

The breakfast was so so only. No order on demand omelette. The food run out fast. Food is slightly to the saltier side.

I had a couple of requests to deliver my stuff via postal. The staff were attentive and they remembered who I am n spotted me amongst the other tourists. Very impressed =)

1. Dust marks were evident on the fabric on some of the walls. 2. Wifi coverage did not extend to all the rooms, especially those without windows 3. Lifts and entrance were not as barrier-free/ wheelchair friendly as intended - the poor staff had to set up the ramp for the main entrance if wheelchair access was needed

- TV had USB input but it wasn't accessible since TV was mounted to the wall. There was USB input on desk, but TV did not recognize the USB key - I wanted to play movies via TV, but couldn't due to this reason

+ location - 15 minutes by walk from Taipei main bus/rail/THSR/metro station + it was more over quiet from outside and inside + lunch style breakfast + staff & facilities + EU electricity socket on the desk + in general, everything - would book again

Perfectly located. Very central to explore the whole of Taipei and lots of restaurants (especially Japanese) right in front of the door. The room has everything you need and features a very nice bath with a whirlpool. However the room was advertised as 40m2 which is not true. It maybe has 25 at best. Breakfast is solid and was included for us. Would not pay extra for it as great places are around everywhere.

Only small minus points. The sink had very unfortunate design - water splashed around and the dryer was rather weak. The breakfast wasn’t very my style. I am very boring continental breakfast person lol here they served much more Asian options that I didn’t quite enjoyed for breakfast. However, is just personal preference.

Honestly, the best hotel I ever stayed. The location, the room - the bed big and comfortable pillows, no noise from other rooms, the bathroom- spacious with Japanese style toilet, Jacuzzi bath and spacious shower.

I had a room with the Taipei 101 view,I could only see it when standing in the bathroom. Facility is old and requires renovation, room was very dark. The price for a night was too high compared to what I got.

Breakfast was good with a decent choices. Bed was comfortable I had a good night sleep. Location is pretty good close to bus stops, many shops and restaurants around.Wifi in the room without extra charge. Very politely personnel.

The bathroom air vents are connected between rooms and occasionally other units’ cigarette smoking makes your room smell.

Wonderful location - convenient, but a few streets off the main roads so very quiet and comfortable. When there was an electrical issue in my unit, they resolved it quickly. Staff are lovely.

Nice room, friendly staff! Was a very enjoyable stay, and the location had so many restaurants nearby. The hotel didnt have a wide selection for breakfast, but it was sufficient :) Would recommend!

Bed & pillows. They need chair on balcony

Staff were great. Bed was just so hard and pillows like rocks. We had a very tiny balcony with no chairs which was useless. Location was too far from train station. Breakfast was amazing. View from our room was amazing. Switches for lights in room were just hard to work out.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. The language barrier with the people in the reception was challenging the only time I needed help from them for something out of the absolute basics.

The room is well equiped, with a comfortable bed, a small sofa and a desk to work from. The bathroom is also good with both a shower and a bathtub.
