Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCrazy expensive bar and food prices. In USD about $30 for a room service pot of coffee, $50 pp for buffet and $100 pp for the Chinese restaurant. Hence to say we ate out at local places. Bar prices were about 50% higher than a nice bar in the US with a minimum tab of $20 pp.
Exceptional service, very clean, good location with nearby shopping, food and transit station, very nice spa and gym room. Nice park a block away. Close Starbucks. Many spa’s in area for massage.

United StatesOkura has a great location, 1:1:15... its 1 mile, 1 block or 15 minutes by car to attractions, subway, amazing restaurants, boutiques and shopping, 24 hr laundry. You must wander the side streets in the area to find unique local spots. MRT/subway easy to navigate. Bring comfy walking shoes ! Bring bathing suit for rooftop pool.

The hotel was conveniently situated in Zhongshan, surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and bustling shopping centers, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. It took us just a quick five-minute walk to reach the nearest MRT station, allowing for easy access to the rest of the city. We purchased Easy Cards, which made biking around town a breeze as we discovered various neighborhoods and attractions at our own pace. The room we stayed in was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere after our daily adventures. We particularly appreciated the generous size of the bed, with its plush, comfortable pillows that ensured a restful night's sleep. The decorations added a charming touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the room. One of the standout features of the hotel was the luxurious sauna experience on the 20th floor. This serene space offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, creating a perfect backdrop as we unwound. The saunas included both steam and dry options, complemented by invigorating hot and cold baths. After our challenging hikes in Alishan, this was the ultimate indulgence—what more could one ask for than these wonderful facilities to soothe the body and mind?
