The room was a bit dusty, seems like it has not been used for a while, quite a walk to bus stops and train station.

The aircon was weak, hence the room feels warm at times. The temperature was selected to 20 degrees, but it stayed at 24.

The breakfast was more catered to Asian style, with porridge and pork floss etc. The laundry room at 1st floor with 2 washing machines and 3 dryers were a bonus. Parking has 2 levels, B1 and B2 with car lift.

The great thing is that you can consume as much coffee, ice cream, and a few other drinks as you want. However, the coffee is really poor quality, the drinks are overly watered down, and I really didn't like the breakfast. It could be much better.

Location was good. Easy to get around. Family mart directly across the road was useful. There was also free ice cream, snacks and eggs! Laundry and dryer was also very useful.

First step into lift lobby we frowned with the pungent unpleasant smell, something like the stuffy mouldy smell. The room looked old but with slightly well maintained. Bath room facilities are old and rusty (sliding door of the bathroom). Floor tiles looked old and gap between tiles are black (not sure if it is the original state). Aircon ventilator is full of dust and can see with bare eyes The bedsheet and blanket folding at the corner of the bed is a hazard of falling down. Despite tucking the bedsheet and blanket underneath the mattress, the room keeper still removed it when they made up the room on the following day. Ice cream flavours served in the hotel should be indicated to avoid consumption by guest with allergies. After all, i hope the hotel can improve the service quality standard.

The location is convenient to go any part of taichung with cab or car. Walking distance to any nearby attractions is limited.

Menu for breakfast buffet is very good. Lemon tea, black tea including coffee machines are served after 2P.M. This service was very helpful to us. Room service including a cleaning daily was very nice. Thanks!!

The location is okay. There are a few shopping malls within walking distance and they are big malls. More recommended to take a bus to get there though. Generally good. They also provide breakfast, and some snacks/tea in the afternoon.

Air conditioner was loud. Room 1006 was bright yellow and the color was not relaxing. The dryer took a long time fo dry clothes and there were lots of people waiting. The hotel can benefit from having more dryers or better dryers

I didn’t like the breakfast buffet. There was only traditional Chinese food provided. The buffet should be more international and diverse to satisfy everyone’s tastes.

I wish the front desk staff could be warmer and make us feel welcome by greeting us whenever the guests are in and out of the hotel. Don’t get me wrong, they are helpful when you have an inquiry or request, but they seem to lack the warmth that you would normally find in many working in the service industry.

You really get the bang for your buck. Great value. The room was clean and the cleaning staff was very helpful.

At first, the available room had a smoke odor, so we requested a change, and the staff provided us with a new room.

The breakfast is quite good. Additionally, free tea eggs, drinks, ice creams, and snacks are available until midnight. Since we stayed during the weekday, the free parking lot was quiet enough.

The hotel provides self laundry facilities. Very helpful to wash our sweaty shirts. Hotel breakfast is good. Location wise we used Uber to the train station which is abt 10 min. Reasonable fare. The cafe offers complimentary coffee/ tea / biscuits n tea eggs in the evening. We bought food from the night market and enjoyed it in the cafe with comfort. Staff are friendly.
