The area is a high-end residential area, so there are few street food shops or vendors.

Close to Taipei Daan Park, you can walk across the road and enjoy the green plants and phytoncides of Daan Park. This traveler can also walk in the park, which is a great enjoyment

It was a bit difficult to find as it was in the 8th floor of another building.

The property is close to the train station and bus stop, and the famous YongKang Street. It is also beside the first Din Tai Fung restaurant.

The single room is very small, the loft bed is a fake good idea because you can easily hit your head and it is a bit difficult to climb up. The mattress is very soft and I had back pain. My room was humid as hell and it was impossible to ventilate as there are no windows. The air conditioning system also has a dehumidifier function, the remote control is only in Mandarin so you have to fiddle around a bit. I used the laundry but the dryer is very slow. Plan on having 10 NTD coins as other coins are not accepted and it will take several cycles to get dry clothes. The other tenants were quite lively on the weekend and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The common area is very small and does not encourage socializing.

Great location just steps from Da'an City Park. Lots of shops nearby and a Din Tai Fung right at the foot of the building. Definitely a cheap and practical solution 15 minutes by MTR from Central Taipei if you don't have big needs.

B'room is a little small for the number of rooms, want busy when we were there but at their peak it will need a basket for shower time for sure.

Great location. Nice hostel with summer attention to quality. Reasonable sound proofing. Easy self check in. Good staff, helpful. Cleaners are super quiet in the mornings. It's right over looking the park, which is great for walking in the mornings. Loads of food nearby. Try to venture to find the local market, the areas is quite expensive but the local market is 100 meters from the door and had great local food etc. Very clean throughout. Good beds and pillows. TV in our room with decent film channels. Lighting good. Soap provided. Hot water showers great.
