The place is quite challenging to locate specially if you arrive in the evening, plus it is easy to miss the sign since they don't occupy the entire building.

The communication was smooth. You don't need to see someone in person when you need help. Their line is open anytime and they are responsive. We love the location, quite far from the tourist bustle but so near from the metro exit and that makes it very accessible to everything.

I think they could improve on the cleanliness of the room. They were not consistent, as they did a good job on our third day, but they did not clean the room thoroughly on our 6th day. We were about to check out on our 7th day and requested for cleaning on the morning of the 6th day. I requested for mugs to be washed, as they left the mugs unwashed last time. When we got back on the afternoon of the 6th day, the bed was not made and the floor had clumps of dust and hair, indicating it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Location was excellent! Literally, the MRT is a stone's throw away from the hotel! There is a 7-11 store nearby. The actual room is the same as in the pictures. The room space in the Japanese triple room is just right, but luggage must not be left lying open. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The previous reviews gave me a heads up regarding the sound in the bathroom. Whenever the faucet in the sink, the shower, or the flush is used, it creates a rumbling sound. We stayed here for 6 nights, so I guess we just got used to it. The hotel/inn was also quiet during our stay. There is also a water dispenser in the small lobby, with free coffee and tea. Wifi is also stable. Customer service is great! They are easy to talk to via Whatsapp.

It was a bit noisy one night, could hear someone's music playing (not sure where it was coming from). They provide ear plug though, so it wasn't a problem after putting them in!

The staff was very friendly and even gave a gift for the New Years! Check-in was quick and easy. There are also codes for all the doors which makes getting in and the check-out process super easy. Not sure how it would work without LINE as that how I mainly communicated with the staff though.

The dust on top of the shelf, please clean for hygiene. There fur everywhere please do a proper care and clean up of your bed sheets.

The room is spacious, clean and quite comfy to sleep. Will definitely come here again.

I would have appreciated more towels. With the first day being quite hot, i showered a couple of times, and by the end of my stay, my towel was quite damp and not nice to use.

Only one power socket in the room, which was already plugged with TV. Mold was visible in the corner of the bathroom. No place to put your eyeglasses in the shower.

It locates near Songjiang Nanjing MRT station. The triple room is perfect for us. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Must try hot pot restaurant at the 2nd floor in the same building.

The room light could have been better. There was no separate lighting in the room. It was very bright or completely dark. The little boiler or water tank inthe bathroom was a little noisy. Bathroom was clean. It would be better if the noise was improved. Hair dryer was not stably working and thought technical issue might exit.

The hotel was comfortable and equipped with all you need, and conveniently located from MRT station. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. They offered a wide selection of TV programs too.

It’s a plaza floor customized to a hotel so the bathrooms were added in. The hot water is not consistent, there was noise from the pumping machine, and smell whenever we flush. The restaurants at the below floors are very rude and no English support so you might wanna eat somewhere else.

Very quiet and located in a very walkable location, near the Green line metro and 7-eleven. I barely see anyone in the lobby though all rooms were fully booked, which is pretty nice.
