Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SingaporeAutomated bidet toilet wasnt working properly. They tested many times but werent working when seated. Ultimately what solved this issue was when they replaced the batteries to the remote control. What a gigantic waste of time troubleshooting for nothing. The officers should test and replace the batteries on time before guests come in and shouldnt expect guests to know what is wrong with their automated bidet system. Shower system was loose and cant be fixed properly. The workaround was to push the shower head behind the stem of the shower system to hold it in place. Toilet floor tiles are very slippery and dangerous.
Good views of the river and highway bridge. Breakfast was good. Customer service officers were friendly and very helpful.

Hong KongThe room is a bit dark and the personal care kit they only provided one set while we have two people for the room. Wish they provided more makeup removal care kit (q-tip/cotton pads) for the travellers.
The location is very convenient very near Ximending. The beds are so very comfortable. Staff was very kind to allow late check-out last minute as we faced unforeseen situation and had to request for a late checkout.

FinlandI was booking a room with two separate beds but got one big bed. I could not get the correct type of room on the same day. Later on we decided to stay n this room (was travelling with a friend). Other than that be aware that eco room does not have any shower gels, shampoos, etc.
I really liked the location and the style of the hotel: it looks new and stylish. Service was good.

ThailandOur rooms were on a lower floor in front facing and very close to the expressway. We had to lower the curtain half way, so that people on the road could not see in our rooms. Shower door is broken- could not be closed properly. Water spilled out despite reporting to the reception on the first day, but nothing was repaired despite we stayed for 7 nights. Kind of disappointed!
There was no restaurant available at that time. The location was good - at ximending area. Staff at the reception were attentive and helpful.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my two-night stay at Suz & Catorze from December 14th to 16th, 2024, booked through Booking.com. Firstly, I was surprised to find that my pre-authorization hold was placed on December 10th, which seems excessively early given Booking.com’s policy allows for cancellation up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Upon my arrival around noon, I encountered unprofessional service from staff member Eunice, who informed me that my room was not ready, despite seeing other guests check in before me. I was disappointed that she offered no alternatives, and instead directed me to change in a restroom of a second room. Shortly after, a manager named Weber informed me that my room was ready, but I was confused as to why it had suddenly become available. He mentioned that the hotel was at 90% occupancy and suggested that previous guests, being members, took precedence over my booking. As a fellow member, I felt undervalued when he referred to me as merely a "standard member." On the second day, I faced additional issues when I discovered water flooding in the bathroom, creating a hazardous environment. This is unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk. As a single woman traveler, it increases the chances of accidents without anyone knowing. Moreover, there were no signs indicating that the floor would flood after showering. Furthermore, the room I received did not match the description on Booking.com; it was smaller and had a different layout. Despite Eunice insisting that this was the room I booked, a housekeeper informed me that only two rooms on the second floor are like that. The second floor lacks security access, allowing anyone to enter, which is particularly concerning for a single female traveler. Although Eunice eventually assisted in changing my room, my overall experience had already been tarnished.
