The property is so conveniently located. It's a walk away from the Taipei Main Station, lots of eating places in the surrounding area, convenience stores, department stores and shops. Bonus, the property came with a washing machine and dryer, and a small kitchenette.

Superb customer service. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay. The location is ideal (near Taipei Main Station and Airport Rail, and Ximending). Many convenience stores nearby are open 24/7. Near shopping and dining establishments. Very safe and quiet. On the outside, the room looks simple, but inside, it is elegant and comfy. Japanese-type toilet with remote is a plus! Spacious shower room. The towels and amenity kits were all provided during our 5D4N stay. Luggage storage is also convenient. Very kind and communicative staff! I would stay here again when I come back to Taipei.

Very clean, safe, and well-located, not just to public transit but also good restaurants! Parking was convenient. The place is also super cute and you can directly see Taipei 101.

Water drain system in the bathroom sink was not working well so needed to use kitchen instead. I wish if I could have more fresh towels.

check in/out was a bit tricky but thanks to the staff instructions it was surprisingly easy. staff response were very quick and clear. And I really liked the location-You can get almost everything! I enjoyed local takeaway meals, taking a walk at night…Felt like I was living in Taipei, which was great experience rather than staying in a typical hotel room. Everything was clean. Definitely will come back again!

I would appreciate more information about rubbish collection in Taiwan. I understand there is information on the website, but further information like how we can help with separating recyclable rubbish would be even better.

It’s inside a commercial building, so it was a bit confusing to locate the apartment at the beginning. The shower is a bit weak for washing long hair.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great! It’s near many tourist attractions and right next to HSR Taipei Station. Lots of good eateries and massage places nearby. The room is modern and clean.

Given it is located within an old building, there are quite a number of bug issues like small cockroaches and spiders issue.

Next time i would get two rooms instead of studio if I'm staying more than 3 days as the mess from the living room tends to get onto the beds.

Location was key for us Also the staff was very accommodating to our requests. I asked for the baby cot to be changed and they obliged right away so I'm very grateful.

The location is super convenient & food choices is numerous. The communication with the host is excellent. And she is totally customer focused. The washing machine drying feature was not working well and she arranged for our laundry to be washed and dried privately.

The location is across from Taipei main station and is connected to an ENORMOUS underground shopping and dining plaza. The bed/pillow is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The customer service is great!

It was like how the picture looked like. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Clean. All amenities is complete. There is a washing machine which was very useful for us. There is a balcony as well. The instructions for checking in was very detailed and helped us alot. We could keep our luggage at one of their rooms and we could go and explore. When the room was ready, they helped to transport our luggages to our room as well. They ensured that our stay was comfortable. It is very near to the Taipei main station. Very good for families as well. Would recommend and would come again.

Everything was great. The location is great, just right at the Taipei station metro exit. And there are lots of eating places nearby (within 5 min walking range). Those are authentic delicious food.

The location is excellent. Very convenient to reach most places/restaurants by MRT or taxi. The beds were good, sufficient space for 2 people. But if it were for 6 people (max capacity) then I think not so ideal.

The location is the best thing in this stay.It’s close to ximending,no hassle from the airport to the location. Room looks exactly like the one in the picture.As a family of 6,we had a really comfortable stay.Outside looking window is a bonus. Bathroom was spacious and clean.
