the staff is really helpful, when i was stay there, it rain, and the staff lemme use their umberella. they also really friendly. moreover, they let us early check in (13.00) when the general rule is on 15.00

Very nice owners! Even though they cannot speak english and we did not speak their language, we could communicate through google translate. The room had everything we need and was clean . No parking, but it is in a small shopping street, so we knew that before booking. The owner guided me to a free parking spot and gave me a ride to the hotel on his scooter.

The 4-storey homestay does not have a lift. So it would be a struggle for people carrying big luggage.

The homestay is near eateries and shops and is 5 minutes' walk from the Ita Thao boat jetty. The homestay owner is extremely helpful with travel and transport information. I felt like I was talking to a family member. The homestay has common fridges and water dispensers for convenience.

No lift. Our room was in the 5th floor. The wifi was poor.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the market area and the beautiful sunset point of sun moon lake. The staff was really helpful and cordial. The room was quite big for two people, clean with a beautiful view of the lake.

The room is big but does not have a large space for groups to play board games. Washroom is small, but the water is warm and large enough.

Good location, near the night market. The price is OK compared to other crazy prices near Sun Moon Lake. Staffs are helpful.

The place was not easy to find because the name in Booking and at hotel is differrent and only in Chinese. The room is clean but air ventilation was very poor when someone smoke the smell was all over the corridor. When we switched on the bathroom ventilation the smell got in the room too. We booked 3 rooms with lake view but one of the room we got was street view.

Location : very close to Ita thao street night market. The owner lady was very friendly. She is really willing to help and communicate via translation application and greets us in and out with smile. We booked 2 triple and 1 double room but got upgraded to all 3 triple rooms, appreciated.

The Management of the Homestay allow other customers to congregate in the main room at the entrance at any hour, and smoke cigarettes without limits. The smoke then saturates the building which has no internal ways for ventilation. The results is that rooms (which have no windows and old doors with gaps all around them) are saturated with the cigarette smoke which is now all over stairs and corridors. I had to run away from my room (at third floor!) at 2am because I couldn't breathe any more in my room and I didn't know how to get fresh oxygen! I had to call someone of the management by phone (nobody was at the premises at that time) and tell them I was suffocating in cigarette smoke. They moved me to an adjacent building, to a room with a window. But the same occurrence with the smoke of cigarette happened there too early in the morning. I was awoken by the smoke of cigarette entering my room, but this time I was able to, at least, open the window. I cut short my stay at this homestay, asked for the money of the nights that I didn't spend there back and run away! I will never come back to this homestay: the first night has been a nightmare never experienced before in my life (I'm 56)! I am not even sure that they have permission from the authorities, as there is no way to ventilate the internal part of the building (corridors and stairs). I think that the Management just doesn't have a clue on do's or don't. Terrible, terrible experience in this homestay: the feeling of being chocked by cigarette smoke progressively entering my room, without being able to stop it, will remain in my mind for a very long time. Getting a sore throat from increasing cigarette smoke, while just trying to sleep in my bed in an hotel room is something unfathomable, unless it just happen, as it was something absolutely normal! And all this, without mentioning the huge noise of the same people smoking that cigarettes from 11pm on.

I have been very disappointed by a major problem. So, I won't be back to this homestay. Ever!

The room is not well sound isolated but it is almost the same in most hotel in Taiwan.

The lady was so nice with us and even helped us organise our stay. The price was not expensive considering the big room and really nice localization.
