Location is perfect , the trail starts from below the hotel, bicycle rental is very close by; the market n restaurants are walking distance of 3-4 mins The room was very comfortable for our family of 4, huge bathtub was a bonus for our kids. Thank you so much for the complimentary snacks and drinks. Much appreciated.

The shower did not get hot enough.

This is a beautiful facility. Small 12 unit building, brand new, very well do. On the water on the edge of town with half of the rooms looking over the lagoon towards the cable tram. Nice terrace for sitting. Good bed and bathroom.

The toilet didn't have many places to hang towels or clothes. There was only 1 towel rack right above the toilet bowl. Nothing near the shower area.

The bed is not so suitable for me but it is more of individual preference. No receptionist and it is all self service.

Wifi signal was a little weak prone to losing strength or dropping with a turn.

Excellent location, room is really nice and view of the lake is incredible. Communication with the staff was good, so checking in and out was no problem. Also lots of free snacks are included and replenished every day, which was a pleasant surprise!

The sign on the balcony window blocking some of the view. It should be moved to the other side.

I cannot find any major fault

The view from the room is exactly like the pictures. Greast spot, nice and centre with close proximity to the walking path around the lake as well as the ferry terminal.

We did not realize this hotel has no staff on site, and we found it difficult to get to from across the lake as we relied on public transport.

Very clean hotel with an excellent bath and comfortable bed. We liked the sockets in the wall allowing for different plug types (3-prong, 2-prong, etc). Good selection of complimentary drinks and snacks replenished daily.

We couldn’t figure out the toilet so it lit up and made cleaning noises when we got up to use in the middle of the night 😂 but that’s our fault!

The small apartment building is unstaffed and self check-in was super easy with instructions provided before we arrived. It's situated in a side street away from the hustle and bustle of Ithazhao and therefore not as noisy at night. The back of the building connects to the waterfront promenade and it was lovely to go on walks to the cable car station and along the trails. Facilities were modern and clean — the bathroom had a full bathtub and provided bath salts, and the cleaning staff topped up supplies every day. Bonus was the pocket balcony, it was actually lovely to relax there.
