Location was a bit far away from the food and busy spots. Hosts didn't speak English

Huge room, it even had tables and chairs. Overall comfy and clean, easy to do self-check-in

The owner changed the building and room form what I had originally booked! However this was sorted quickly.

After an initial error, according to the booking we were in the right building and right room. However when communicating with the owner we were in the right room but wrong building! This was quickly taking care of by the owner after sending our booking details. A part from that the room and building were supper clean with coffee making facilities in the lobby. We were also able to store our bicycles in the lobby. This also a great location for downtown.

Window only opens onto stairwell in the room I booked.

Comfortable bed. Towels changed daily. Coffee and biscuits and candies complimentary. Comfortable 1F lounge. Quiet enough

The light in the room could be controlled by a switch in the hallway. The window looks out to an interior corridor, no natural light. The noise of the bathroom vent was quite noticeable.

Hard to say. Maybe bathroom could have shower curtain or shower cabin, otherwise all gets wet when showering. But not big issue.

However, it is important to check whether the room has a window or not as it is only specified at the bottom of the description. The rooms without windows are a bit misty and the air is not so fresh.

The check-in was smooth and the information was clear. There are some snacks in the lobby.

Couldn’t stay there a second night. We could hear everything the neighbours were saying. They checked in at 2am and were talking and showering, not being loud just normal pitch but it sounded like they were in the bedroom with us. It was horrible. We don’t sleep at all… we checked out a day early and booked a different place. We didn’t get a refund but we didn’t ask for one as we had to take a nap during the day given we didn’t sleep at all. Really really really loud!

The bathroom was full of mold and the room smelled like mold, the mattress was hard as a rock and the window went to a stairwell. Checking in, the door keypad was not consistently functional

Staff around in morning to call taxis etc. I could not find a taxi on the street in front of building of my morning check out and had to walk several blocks to a nearby hotel to arrange a taxi for train station. The bathroom floor which is located one flight down from room was very slippery and so were the marble and uncarpeted staircase. Not suitable for those with balance issues or the elderly. They should put out a basket and a note as a reminder to deposit room keys. I took mine by mistake and mailed it from the Sun Moon Post Office a few days later. The place I stayed there had a basket and note at reception as you left building. The room had no windows even though the ad showed a view of the water beyond the beach. It’s not on the beach, btw. There were no cafes, restaurants or 7/11 within east walking distance.

There was no breakfast offered.
