About the hot water system which is electrical one. Responsible staff should be more alert on the timing to turn on or off the central heating system daily. It is because one morning we found tap water is too hot. One night we found no hot water when I took shower.

Everything is good, spacious and good location, not in busy areas but close to MRT and easy to get around many scenic places.

Everything is really amazing. It's worth the money *The staff is very enthusiastic. If you ask them the place you want to go, they guide you how to go, which subway line, or which means of transportation to your best convenience. It's like they put their heart into guiding you. *The room is very clean, very fragrant *Convenient location *Especially like their lounge, which allows you to go in for a snack for all day. Although it's free, they offer very quality cookies, candies, beverages, and cup noodles

Room was abit small and soundproofing was not the best but still value for money!

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel, not too far from food and famous shopping districts but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighbourhood. Appreciated the free refreshments provided to hotel guests as well! The front desk staff on day shifts were really friendly and helpful as well!

Staffs are amazingly friendly, I love there’s a cafe like chill area where pastry and coffee are free of charge! There’s also a nice equipped gym at the rooftop, def recommend it and will go back!

We were impressed with the Rose hotel for a very important reason. We did not like the room we originally were given as it smelled musty and the AC didn't work. They changed our room and that made all the differences and our experience was great after that. The coffee and snack room was much appreciated. As one of us is celiac, we were aware that because everything offered contained wheat (cookies, noodles) it might be a good idea to offer other options. But we are also used to this in Asia, and so this is just a recommendation. Overall, really really great place to stay because of the responsive staff, and central but quiet location.

There was small construction along the road when I was there, but no fault of the hotel... it's also about a 6-8min walk from the nearest train station. not too near but not too bad!

Love the lounge... I could bring my kid down every morning or afternoon for a small tea break, and it's a comfy place where she can run around and place table soccer. There's also instant noodles and i could catch some snack as well.

Nothing, all good!

My parents love here so much! The pantry corner is cozy. The bathroom just nice the space. Everything is so clean. The location also good, the roof top can see a bit of 101. If i were to go taipei again, i would love to stay here with my family once again. The boss was so friendly and shared some hidden gem of travel spots to us too!

There is a sign that request guests to be quiet after 10pm. However, the walls were very thin and other guests did not abide by these rules. I was woken up multiple times throughout the night because of other guests yelling.

The room was exceptionally clean and the free wifi was easy to access. Definitely spacious enough for one person, and had free body wash and shampoo in the shower! The free cookie and tea service was such a gift. The area is beautifully decorated and they have a wide assortment of treats to choose from. It's open from 7am -11pm and accessible your entire stay!

On the opposite side, you can smell cigarette smoke everywhere. Even though I assume it's going to be a non-smoking room, the AC still circulates the smoke from other rooms.

The staff was super friendly and the lady even upgrade my room, I'd say this is a good price for one night, great location, spacious.
