Beautiful and convenient property with parking across the road. Staff is super nice and accommodating! Breakfast was amazing! Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Delicious breakfast, variety of foods included. Convenient location close to ferry and bus stop. Super friendly hosts. They didn't speak English but tried really hard to communicate using Google translate. They offered and gave us many snacks during our stay, helped us get bike rentals brought to the homestay, and helped us get a driver to return to Taichung.

Nothing, except it was hard to communicate. But that was a minor inconvenience.

Great location. Staff are really kind and hospitable. They treat us like their family. Breakfast was plantafull and yummy. We had the Lakeview room. The room was clean, and we were able to see sunrise from our room. When entering and exiting their back exit. (Which faces the lake). It's about 400 meters to the main hub, seven eleven, and food. We had to catch an 8 am. bus. The wonder staff packed our breakfast to go. My husband and I highly recommend the place. We will definitely return next time.

Good location for relaxing by the lake, friendly owner, good breakfast, new, good size room, good heating and hot water, free drinks and snacks in room.

Location little out from eateries.

Lake views so it’s just by the board walk which takes you a short distance down to rent some bikes. People were friendly and warm from receptionist to the kitchen staff. They even helped my mum cut some of her fruits. The breakfast was homemade, hearty and yummy. They will ask for your preference of breakfast timing due to limited seating at the counters.

Location is not right at the central where all the activity and food is at so you would have to walk a bit of distance to it. We arrived at night and with elderly and a kid that can’t walk far, and as places close early,and limited taxis available, we settled for a restaurant close by.

Spacious room with a fantastic view of sun moon lake. Good service provided by the home stay.

Location is about 900m from the bus terminal building , either need to walk there with luggage or take a cab which fare is higher for this short distance.

The property is super clean and the lake views are just stunning.

The staff only spoke mandarin but this is not a major issue with today’s IT tolls such as Google translate.

The breakfast was beautifully prepared and delivered to our room. It was a lovely stroll along the lake front to get to the accommodation, and the lake view from the room was amazing. The hosts were very kind, going out of their way to help make our visit to sun moon lake go well.

Gorgous views of the lake - marred by weather so we didnt get to walk the trail either. Spotless property and very well appointed room - tastefully designed, modern and evereything worked. Really comfortable beds too. Cldnt be happier with the room, complete with kettle, tea/ coffee and snacks.

Unfortunatley there was a misunderstanding - we were told we would be served breakfast in our rooms at 8am - waited till 8.40am before i made my way down to reception only to find out that all had been laid out in the dining room ince 8am. No matter but it messed up our timings a little and the coffee and breakfast had all gone cold, which wasn't great given it was a chilly morning. Host was very apologetic though. Location wise, there's no convenience store or eateries near enough - need to hike out a bit.

We stayed at a room with lake view and this is the best experience that we had.

It will be desirable If we can have multiple cups of breakfast coffee or tea.

Great lake view; Direct access from back door to the lake walk trail; Easy 15min walk to the visitor centre where shops and restaurants are located. Nice complimentary breakfast and hot coffee. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bed is a little bit hard.
