Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeRoom was well designed, clean and modern. You can tell a room is well designed when there are sufficient power sockets in the right places and a nice touch when it is the universal plug so you don’t need to use a travel adapter. Location was great and easy to get around to key places. Easy access to metro station shandao temple exit 4. This line connects you to Taipei main station which is useful for transfers to other cities or airport.

Hong KongThe air conditioning is quite weak in the room. Pillow too soft, but that’s my personal taste only.
The location of the hotel is superb - It is just right next to 善導寺站,which means you can go to Hua Shan market for breakfast easily. The small neighborhood is cozy and quiet which is quite different from other parts of Taipei city centre.

Location was great! The hotel is very clean. Having the washing machine in house was great for visitors in the middle of the hot summer. We have fresh, clean cloth almost everyday. The hotel room is quite comfortable! The staffs are friendly.

Well located, friendly staff, and I absolutely adored the little robot maid that delivered my takeaway food to my room. The bathroom was clean with a great size of bathtub if you’d love a good roman grand bath. Self-service laundry room was life changing for me after a long flight.

SpainOne suggestion for improvement would be to expand the breakfast options for guests with special dietary needs, such as vegan or gluten-free, as the current selection, while high quality, may feel limited for some. It would also be helpful to add more international or USB power outlets in the rooms, especially near the bed, for the convenience of international travelers. Lastly, enhancing the Wi-Fi signal in certain areas of the hotel, such as the lobby or fitness center, would ensure a smoother experience for both tourists and business travelers.
What I liked most about the Valora Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was its modern, elegant design and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a high-quality Hilton experience with the unique charm and character of the Tapestry Collection.

MacauI love swimming, I wish it have a swimming pool.
The hotel is fully equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The lobby's seating areas are cozy and make a great spot to relax. While the gym isn't very large, it offers all the essentials for a daily workout. I especially appreciated the on-site laundry room—it was so convenient not having to take my dirty clothes with me to my next destination.

Modern, clean and well layout rooms. Big enough. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is close to Taipei Train station but away from the crowd. Easy MTR access. Enough breakfast places nearby. Fuhang Soy Milk is one block away. Not much line if you go before 6:45. That's the tip from my taxi driver and it's true. If you want to try a different soy place you can go to 天津豆漿Soy Milk. Overall an excellent stay in this hotel. Thanks for the good service.
