WiFI is terrible.

Good location, close to main train station. They are dining and shops nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful even though the speak limited English, but they do try their best to help you with your inquiry. The reception lounge provide you with drink. The laundry self service is great.

After a day of traveling around town, we came back and found a small baby bug on the bed. We notified staff, but due to a fully booked hotel, we were not able to be moved into a different room. Instead, we had the sheets changed.

Location was close to Taipei Main Station, within 2 city blocks and dozens of food/convenience stores right outside the front door. Free milk tea/matcha milk/chocolate milk in the lobby for guests.

Very conveniently located for public transit and hopping neighborhoods, this a well-organized, welcoming, and comfortable hotel. The beers and dinner included are a nice touch!

There was no breakfast included. The Wifi in the room was extremely poor (even after we were provided with an additional router). There is no daily room cleaning service.

Great location, short walk to Taipei Main Station. Many places to eat nearby and 10 min walk to Ximending. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable. I appreciate that we could refill our water bottles downstairs. Thank you for the snacks in the room as well.

Wi-Fi connections most of the time disconnect and reconnect again especially during the night. The aircon was very noisy but bearable.

Practical location close to the Main Station and on the way to Ximending. Rooms are well equipped, big bed for Taipei standards, though less modern / design-forward than we the pictures show. Very polite and helpful staff. Complimentary bag and beer offered upon check-in.

If I have to nitpick, there was some road construction when I stayed. A bit of noise - but no hassle for me. All good.

Clean, comfortable room. 2 free beers promo was a bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to Taipei station and quite a few eateries and conbi stores around. Easy to get around with many cabs to hail down.
