Its location is bustling with plenty of food options and interesting things to try, making it a great spot for exploring. The rooms were incredibly spacious and cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. I must mention the free snacks too – they were absolutely delightful! One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were close to each other, making our family trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and convenient stay in Ximending.

NorwayThe place was quite worn down. There were stickers over cracked tiles in the bathroom. The biggest issue was that we always had to wait a long time for the elevator. It was better to just walk.
The location was great. We got to check in early and you could get free water, soft drinks and some chips on the 3rd floor. The rooms were spacious.

The hotel is in the heart of Ximending. Accessible to famous stores like Popmart, Dodonki, ABC Mart, Carrefour, Sugar and Spice, etc, I'll definitely stay here next time. Staff are polite and helpful. I remember my luggage lock was jammed at night, and I had a flight early in the morning. They helped me look for a locksmith. Luckily, after 10 minutes, the locksmith came and fixed my luggage. I was touched by how helpful they are to me. I might have forgotten their names, but I will definitely forever remember them in my heart. Thank you to the hard-working staff of the Rainbow Hotel.
