Location was close to the metro, shopping, restaurants. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked the lounge with free drinks and snacks and the free laundromat!

Room was dark. Fortunately, my room have a window Only breakfast .no other facilities. If I don't get this room. I would be very stress as the other room so dark. No window. Would not be able to stay in. I sent for laundry. Clothes comes back with smell.

There wasn't much natural light in the room. This appears to be the case with all rooms in there. Nevertheless good room design and ambient lighting compensates for this to some extent.

The location is good with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops around and easy connections to all parts of the city.

Amazing room and very clean. Looks recently renovated and most important there are no aircon or mould smells to trigger me. Breakfast had a good selection and another huge plus the self service laundry available to guests. Excellent location...

Great modern hotel with professional and pleasant staff. Really comfortable bedroom and modern shower room. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We were able to store our cycles in their secure lobby. Will definitely use again.

The staffs were very nice. One even clean the back of the night stand with dusts. The chef prepared 2 dishes of vegetables for my vegetarian wife.

Cost, I think it was a connecting room fare. Since the room has no big window, it will be better if the lights in the room can be modified its brightness.

It was a little bit creepy that all the hotel rooms doors were open when we walked to our room. Ours was closed when we got there so we assumed nothing was wrong but it felt strange. A friend who stayed at the hotel said he could hear the people in the room next door, so maybe the walls are too thin. This wasn't something we noticed though.

The location is great if you want to be in the "real japan" of kyoto. A very beautiful and nice part of kyoto. The room was great!

great location to explore Taipei. We travelled with two bike bags and they helped us to keep the big bike bags while we were doing the tour around Taiwan. they were very friendly and helpful. they even have free laundry service in the building

I wish the anti-slip mat in the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, no complaints.

Everything was prefect. The staffs were nice and kind, the room was surprisingly clean and cozy, the location was more than just convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I travel to Taipei.

Check in Male staff not really smart, he asked me whether I broke the security lock in the room when I just stepped in the room and called him…. I actually feel offensive. And K lounge is quite empty, not much selection of little snacks and drinks while not in the breakfast time…. this can be improved.

Modern & New , nice bath tub , big tv. Three staffs 1 male, 2 female at reception before the day I checked in, 30 April are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to take the carrier package from Taichung and they even reserved money and help me to take change from the carrier service. The same male staff helped me on the day I check out 2 May, cuz the Drying Machines area had no clearly direction or manual booklet to help guests smoothly use.

No treadmill in hotel. But can go to nearby running track for a run. Late checkout is chargeable - needed only an extra hour to rush back from last meeting.

Bed and pillow were comfortable. Providing Nespresso in room was good! WiFi connection was good enough for work shower and toilet are clean.and location is really good for work.

The room included a balcony which was an additional charge, but it was entirely useless, only providing views of the alley way and garbage dumpsters. there was also no iron which made the only option the laundry service located on the 3rd floor. not supe convinient for a short stay.

K Hotel was great. my room was surprisingly large and luxurious. included a nespresso machine and toiletries. the breakfast was as expected from a hotel of this standard. the bed was firm and the shower was perfect.
