The room was a bit tired, but you get what you pay for.

Location was great, 5-10 minute walk from the main train and metro station. 711 right next door and quite a few eateries on the same road. Bed was super comfy

The room was not sufficient for someone as tall as I am. I had to crouch in the shower. There were insects and spiders in the room.

I like that it is central and close to public transport hubs.

When we arrived, the room that we booked was different . staff gave a very smalll room just for one person.. we requested for another room we were directed to the third floor with no elevator. .ohmy God! I can hardly climb the stiff stairs. No elevator! And our baggage wss a heavy one. I cant imagine how on earth was I able to reach the third floor. I am a sr.citizen.

Staff talked to each other after midnight. I could hear them clearly and couldn't fall asleep until they stopped.

Great location. The room was super clean and comfortable. The son of the hotel owner helped me to carry my heavy bag downstairs to the ground level.

No elevator hence need to carry all your luggages up to 3-4th floor. The old lady at the reception area was kinda rude on your last day when we got confused about our checkout day. We’re willing to pay and did pay hence there shouldn’t be an issue as long as communicated properly. Something’s wrong with her tone and couldn’t even communicate or doesn’t know how to use any translator app when it say’s on the advertisement that they speak English and Mandarin. We only felt welcomed when we first arrived and it was with a different receptionist.

The pillow was too soft and pretty much collapses after one sleep. The hotel is also located on a semi-busy road so expect traffic noise. Also, there's no lift so hauling a big suitcase upstairs could be tough.

The location was relatively close to Taipei Main Station with plenty of restaurants around. The staff were helpful as well.

The room we had is very small, however, it was well laid out and so really functional. Our room was next to a busy street, so traffic noise is present (if that bothers you).

The location is very close to the main train station. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is good value for money for Taipei. The bed was really firm (which I like).

Stairs, but staff will help to carry our luggage upstairs enthusiastically.

Got everything in the room, refrigerator, hair blow dryer, water and water broiler your name it. Room is not so roomy, however; I enjoy its transportation convinence, and whole sale price for goodies at lots of surrounding stores.😄

First of all they've "upgraded" us to the 4th floor without an elevator. The whole hotel has a strong mold stench. Although they try to cover it with fresh paint and air freshener. The smell inside the room is unbearable, the toilet had a leak so the room had a wonderful combination of mold and toilet water smell. The sheets weren't clean and to top it all off the AC isn't working properly and there a small windows with a busted net so if you open a window the rooms gets feeled with mosquitos. This hotel is a health hazard, should be out of booking and out of work.

Thr location was good, check in was easy.

Small room that smelt of mould. Mosquitoe in the rooms. Carpet and floor in the room were not cleaned or hoovered. Very basic hotel.

Room number were 203 so it was adjacent to the road and it was super noisy and there was no air condition and if there was air blower it was so slow and had no control system

ROOM SPACE AND WATER HEATER FOR BATHROOM IS VERY BAD, CANT EVEN USE WARM WATER TO BATH. IS EITHER SUPER HOT OR SUPER COLD. AND THERE'S NO LIFT U NEED TO CARRY YOUR LUGUAGE ALL THE WAY TO YOUR ROOM

The room was really small and basic. Literally, there wasn't enough space to open our suitcases. Also, there is no elevator, so we had to carry two big suitcases on the second floor.

The location of the hotel - just 10' on foot from the main station. Also, the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
