This place is AMAZING!! Super new, clean and comfy, polite and friendly staff, yummy brekkie, great location! It's very Earth-friendly - provides waste separation bins in the rooms and has a water dispenser on every floor. Would certainly stay here again!

The bed mattress & air conditioning are very comfortable; that's the good thing I'm highly recommended.

The bathroom is way too small, not barely able to fit in a person into the space. Also, the fixture of the wall is too thin, is easy to hear the peoples talking in other room. It's a very disturbing...........

Very clean and nice front desk. Scales in room and by front desk were convenient.

The shower temperature was very unstable. Every 8 to 11 seconds the temperature would increase pretty dramatically the entire time. This happened in the morning and at night. We had a very large and bright red emergency light in our room that couldn't be turned off. It was annoying when going to bed and trying to sleep. The toilet seat area was too small with door closed to sit comfortably (and we're both short people). The bathroom was poorly lit in front of the mirror making it inconvenient for my wife to do her make-up their. Breakfast was not great and took kind of a long time for stuff that was empty to be replaced.

1. The hotel is quite new and the design is good.

1. The soundproof can be improved. The seperation of the rooms seems to be just only a plank. 2. The toilet is super tiny, even for a thin girl. 3. The shower tube came off for no reason and I had to fix it myself. 4. A bit of distance to travel from and to the nearest metro station. (10 minutes-ish) 5. No bottled water provided in-room.

We appreciated the kindness of the staff. The hotel is also a 30 minute walk from the hotel, which is helpful considering the hotel does not have a gym.

The carpet on our floor had an unpleasant smell, and we didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door. The room was also pretty small.

The hotel was clean and have a large window for sunlight. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My Mandarin is bad, so they used English to help me.

The bathroom layout. Firstly, the toilet is really small, even for an Asian lady. More importantly, there's no clear partition. I was sharing a room with a friend and ended up turning on the TV to have some background noise for more privacy. The rooms are not that soundproof and I can hear my neighbours.

Located well for our needs. Staff friendly and helpful when asked. Otherwise non intrusive. Great reasonably priced breakfasts

We changed rooms on the first night due to building noise on the 9th floor. The staff facilitated a change to the 5th floor easily and without argument so that part of the process was easily managed.
