Nice place right beside the promenade which was nice for an evening stroll. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was very spacious and comfortable and had a lovely view over the bay. Snacks available at all times were a lovely touch. Breakfast was tasty.

Exceptional service-very attentive, accommodating, kind. Location is just the best, with views to the ocean. Room is nice and bright, bed is very comfy, and breakfast so good! As an additional, they provide bicycles-was nice ride along the beach. If I ever in Hualien again-I will stay here again.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They gave us tips on local tours and places to visit. The free shuttle service that the hotel offers was very handy and professional. The location was brilliant - we had a marvellous view of the sea from our bedroom and went for walks along the beach. It was very restful. Would Def recommend to anyone doing a trip in Hualien or the region around.

7 star service. The staff was super nice. Shuttle service to and from the train station. Great recommendation with consideration for the guests. We used the Hualien Haoxing tour from the Hualien city. It was hot outside. But the people are all so nice to the tourists. They keep the environment very clean.

It is on a beautiful beach but you cannot get in the water due to under tow. It is all rock no sand. That would be my only complaint.

Staff was super especially Juan and his brother. They picked us up from train station, made reservations, and went out of their way to help us with any and all questions.

There was no water in the pool, and there were no sunbeds by the pool, although it was shown on the pictures on booking.com, and in the elevator. A little party pooper, when bathing in the sea is prohibited.

The breakfast was fairly good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was facing the sea, and had a nice balcony. We could also borrow bicycles for free, which was very nice.

Maybe room isolation could be improved and the door closing system making noise over night.

The room was very charming, clean and comfortable with water, coffee and tea at disposal. The balcony and the view provide sweet relaxing moments. The beach nearby is peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast is correct with a choice of fruit, local dishes and beverages. The hotel staff is ecceptional and really customer oriented by giving information and tips for your stay.

Air conditioner is storong.Of course, it can be adjusted, but for me as a Japanese, it was quite chilly.

The hotel is a bit far away from Hualien city center but it is on the beach and the hotel provides free shuttles at check-in/out and sometimes in the morning and bikes from 9am to 5pm.

The staff was very helpful and available, the view was great and the room was very comfortable.
