The location was great - right near the MRT station which takes you every where in the city and within walking distance of Taipei 101 and lots of great restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. While the accommodations were minimal, the shower warmed up quickly and had great water pressure. There was also free coffee and snacks (cookies and crackers) in the lobby/nook.

The room has a double ceiling but the part where the bathroom is has a normal height ceiling with a big gap between the two and who knows what is on top of it, a bit scary. The washing basin is on the dressing counter outside the bathroom area. Most of the hotel is underground and there are no windows or natural light. The guy at the reception was not a warm and friendly dude.

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the main road ans close to a MRT stop. The entrance and the hallways are very neat and clean. The room, although a bit strangely set out, is spacious and has all one needs.

The toilet had not been cleaned when we entered. I guess it was missed during the initial housekeeping of the room. But we went to the front desk and they had someone come to clean it. The bed sheets were stained.

As I enter the property, the staff there was unwelcoming to the guests. Basically, you have to check-in by yourself through LINE app The room was not up to my expectations as shown in the pictures. There were no amenities like toiletries provided to the guests unless if necessary, the guests require to pay an additional fee for the amenities. In terms of Cleanliness, I could see dust on the table and on the TV. The room had a broken light up the ceiling, walls being broken down.

The room had not been cleaned properly, lots of hair left on the floor and when we asked for it to be cleaned it took 45 mins for someone to come. It was never fully cleaned in our stay.

Mosquitos in my room? No window, one tap by the bed with no mirror and the bathroom first had the shower then you had to walk in to access the toilet, meaning you’d have to get your feet wet

the room had very dirty walls. I had a lot of mosquitoes every night (even though the room didn’t have windows) there were lights that couldn’t be stopped. They didn’t have anything to clean the toilet after nr.2 it was very very small, just a big bed and that’s pretty much it it was at floor -1 or something, so in some kind o basement

the location was good, near elephant mountain trail, near taipei 101 the staff was also helpful and helped me with laundry. The attitudine of the staff was polite and nice, even though they didn’t really speak english. It was also pretty quiet in the room it was cheap for a good location

I booked a standard room with no windows for one night for a long layover in Taipei. I booked this for the location to be near a MRT station, Taipei 101 and the Xiangshan Trailhead. It was perfect for my needs and budget. The room was basic but clean. The bed was made up of 2 twin beds. They were comfortable. They allowed me to store my backpack in a backroom behind the reception for a couple hours after checkout.
