Everything is nice and clean, rooms are big so you have plenty of space, laundry room is a big plus. Shopping center underneath is perfect, plenty of restaurants to choose between.

-Rooms are starting to look a little tired but the hotel is currently undergoing renovations so should be all refreshed in a couple of months.

-Great location in a tower right above a mall with shops and restaurants as well the St Ignatius MRT stop. -Rooms are pretty spacious for Taipei and very clean, quiet and comfortable. -Area is pretty local, not touristy at all. But easy to get anywhere with the MRT. -The fitness center which you access right from the hotel lobby is actually an independently operated gym with full range of weights, equipment, locker room and fitness classes. A great benefit especially if you have a longer stay. -Hotel has a coin operated laundry room for guest use. -Breakfast is decent with Asian and some western options.

The room is spacious and clean. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The mrt station and bus stop is located below the hotel. There is a shopping plaza below and convenience stores, supermarket and earing options nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly. Will stay in this hotel again the next time we come.

Wifi was a little slow first day but we complained and it was fixed. Room was smaller than expected. Would have liked an extra pillow for each person.

Excellent location in that it is right next to the subway and on top of a small mall with lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shops around. It is a working class neighborhood, so almost entirely Asian eating options (many with no English menus), although there is a small KFC and small McDonalds close by.

There was only 1 elevator running from the lobby to the rooms. The other 2 were under maintenance. Breakfast spread is okay and mostly the same each day and it takes a little bit of time to refill the dishes but it was okay still.

The family room is spacious. Room and Bathroom are clean Amenities like coffee, water, toothbrush, room slippers, towels, hair dryer, coffee station were provided. Staff were very courteous and accomodating. There are shops and restaurants below the hotel as well as the train station. Our room had a balcony and you can see Taipei 101 from there. It was nice.

Cold, we stayed in the winter and it was cold in the rooms and in the breakfast area. There is no heating, they offer electric blankets. Breakfast staff not so friendly.

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. The gym is good, breakfast had a nice variety the coffee was yummy. Great location close to night markets, temple, public transport, restaurants and shops.
