It's nice overall, but they put us in the basement which had really bad lighting - it was dark. The facilities were nice and it was clean. At times it felt like the staff didn't want to deal with people and it was difficult to communicate as they didn't speak English and we don't speak the local language.

There’s no bidet. Room lighting is quite dim.

We liked the location of the hotel. Very near to Ximending night market but at the same time, far enough from the crowded areas. The ambiance of the hotel was cozy and comfortable. There’s a 24-hour self-laundry station (washer and dryer) at the second floor. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. There’s always a staff at the reception even at night / early morning. You can request an iron and ironing board. There’s three nearby convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart). Will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Taipei.

The hotel is very unique, and the rooms were super comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. It is from walking distance to Ximen station, and the Main station is a bit further but still walkable

I hope there was better lighting. It’s a bit hard to see when you’re doing make up (even in the bathroom).

The location is really ideal and convenient since it’s close to Ximending and you can easily walk going to Taipei Main Station. Additionally, the staff cleans your room everyday (changes the towels, brings new coffee sticks, slippers, water). In our room, there were multiple mirrors so it’s easy for a fit check.

The property itself was unique in terms of decoration, very aesthetic and IG worthy. Quiet place and nice staff. In terms of price, it is reasonable and worth it in comparable to other hotels around Ximending area. The rooms were small but cozy as expected in Taipei. We can only open one medium luggage at a time. The lighting was quite dim but it's ok coz the lighting in the bathroom was bright so i can still do my make up. I got a small accident though ( i bump my head 😅) so be careful with the glass sliding door in the bathroom. A lot of restaurants around the area, there is a 711 just across the street. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, so i will recommend!

It's hard to get a signal on both data and wifi because our room is in the basement, plus we can hear the noise from the furniture moving upstairs.

The breakfast is delicious, and it's a good thing that it's already included in our accommodation. They have a wide range of choices from hotpot to chicken nuggets; they've got you. The location is also near to almost all of the places that we want to visit, so we'll definitely stay there again the next time we visit Taiwan.

No windows in the room. You can’t even see if it’s day or night, rainy or sunny, hot or cold etc. makes it feel like a prison.

The bathroom design could improve; the sink and the glass shelf are quite close to each other, sometimes it is easy to hit the head when washing face. And there isn't enough place to hook the towels for a 2-person room. Also, there is no door between the bathroom area and the main room, which it will be a bit cold when you get out of the shower.

The room is clean, plenty of space, and the staff were friendly.
