United KingdomWe would have liked a wardrobe/drawers to put clothes, there is space next to the television.
The staff were really helpful, we had no local language and they had no hesitation in helping by translating. I gave a 9 for location as it was good for the night market next door but it is away from the main shopping and restaurant area. Clean bright room overlooking the sea. The nightmarket is great, with so many different food outlets and a really nice vibe and live music.

ChinaThe room was smaller than I had imagined from the photographs. It was ok, but not too much space to move around the luggage on the floor. Note that breakfast is not included, and bike hire is available nearby at an additional cost.
The staff were helpful before and upon arrival, available to answer questions via WhatsApp. The balcony was lovely, beds were comfy and the shower was good

SingaporeLocation is not the easiest to find because there were many airbnb around there and there is not lift in the premise. There are free parking a long the side road however you need to be lucky enough to find a space near the airbnb.
The design of the place is modern. The room is big enough for a family of 4 adults. The service provided by the host was excellent. The best was the seaview right behind the airbnb and it's near to the night market.

AustraliaI think because of the language barrier there was very little information or interaction with staff. it was all done via email message over booking. com. and some information was lost. maybe it’s a cultural thing, but to me it felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. I was also led to believe I would have a sea view. maybe the upper floors do, but my personal view (floor 2) was of the retaining wall in front of the beach.
